We had a great stay here. Having two king size beds with their own bathrooms was a plus. Beautiful view of the golf course. There were beach towels & chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, and snorkel gear which came in handy. The only negative comment on the unit was the carpet was a bit stained, but that seems to be common in vacation rentals near the beach. Nice quiet location with easy 15 minute walk to the beach. Overall great spot and would recommend!

This is an excellent property located on the first green of the golf course. it is well furnished, especially the kitchen where the owner has supplied virtually everything one could need. Each bedroom has an en suite and there is 1/2 bath near the entryway. The owner has gone the extra mile — for example, there are liquid soap dispensers in each bathroom and a jug of liquid soap in the kitchen that can be used to refill these. There is also a very large roll of garbage bags in the kitchen that are used in the trash cans thereby avoiding the need for the guests to purchase trash bags that they will never be able to use up. The only nit — and it is a small one — is the Samsung TV in the living room. It dropped its connection with the Internet 5-6 times while we were there. The other two TVs are Roku TVs that didn't have a similar problem. I would encourage the owner to purchase a Roku stick for the Samsung TV as it is more reliable than the Internet connection on the Samsung. I have an identical Samsung with a Roku stick and it never drops the Internet connection.My wife and I would happily stay at this location in the future. It is a quality property.
We loved the place! It was very spacious and bright and the view was really lovely. It was clean and quiet and the Hilton pool pass was a really nice bonus.
We also very much enjoyed watching the resident Nene (Hawaiian geese), mongoose, and the beautiful cats and birds that seemed to enjoy relaxing on the lawn below the balcony. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.
Had an incredible time with our kids on our recent stay at this incredible condo in Waikoloa. Spacious, gorgeous, and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay. The home has everything we needed to cook our own meals. My husband found it relaxing and inviting to do his work. Bed was comfortable. Shower is huge. Fun for 2. Outdoor space wonderful for relaxing and reading, watching the golfers. Inside space would be very comfortable for 2 couples.
The swim pass for the Hilton is a bit overrated. I found the “water slides” quite disappointing. They are good for 2-3 year olds. All of a 1 second slide. Children were in the pool, but not using the slides- they were too short and little nothings.
The grounds of the Hilton are fun to walk and families were enjoying the swim pools and lagoon. There is not good snorkelling around. I had to walk to Turtle cove to see turtles and snorkel. A very long walk.
The unit should provide info about the shuttle service that is available. The shuttle will take you to the Hilton, to shopping, etc and there was no info on it in the unit.
We would recommend this unit.
My family and I enjoyed the wonderful views and central location. The condo is clean and well stocked with everything you might need.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was comfortable and clean and very spacious with the high ceilings and wrap around Lanai. We’ll hopefully be back!
Excellent property, location, etc. The ONLY thing that bothered me was I could not reduce the A/C below 74 degrees... this is too warm for me, we should be able to cool it to at least 70 degrees.
