Great location and had everything we needed
Very nice and clean. All the kitchen and beach amenities you could want. Laundry in condo. Lovely lanai. Perfect for 2 people or family with younger kids (second bedroom is not a fully separate room). Short walk to a great beach and short drive to many great beaches. Wonderful!
I wish we would have been notified when we booked the rental that they would be painting the exterior of the building. Our front door was taped with plastic, there were ladders in the middle of the pathways, and our windows were covered with plastic. Throughout the day there was considerable noise. Frustrating given the cost of the rental.
This condo has everything. Kitchen is fully equipped and has tons of containers to store your food in. The lanai is beautiful and has great privacy on one side unlike the other condos. Parking and trash take out is very convenient. It’s a nice walk to the shops and to the beach as well. It seems like an older retired clientele in these units which was perfect for our younger family that wanted to enjoy some pool time at the end of our days. Would definitely stay here again.
Amazing location, away from the noise and crowds closer to the airport in Kona. Half hour drive North from KOA was simple and straight forward. Unit close to waterfront, beach and golf courses. Beautiful mountain view from the wrap around lanai. The complex was quiet.
Overall, a pleasant stay.
We were visiting for work reasons, and thus, did not use some amenities that would be important for people on vacation.
For our purpose, an excellent set-up. The kitchen had all of the appliances and equipment we needed for cooking. The bed was comfortable. We did not use the other bedroom area. The problem with central AC meant use of portable air conditioners - thus bedrooms were cold and noisy. This should be resolved when AC system is repaired.
Some minor issues with cleanliness noted in the bathrooms.
Was great to be able to sit out on the lanai during the warm evenings.
Not easy to initially find the building in the dark. Might help to have a map for guests to guide them after they enter the gate.
Great location with easy walking distance to beaches, nearby resorts and shopping.
We enjoyed two weeks in January. We walked to almost everything. The listing is accurate and the condo has everything you’d need.good communication with the owner and the property manager. Can’t wait to revisit!

Loved the 2nd floor location of this condo and the wrap around lanai. Communication with owners was great. Ramona went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She was so easy to reach, quick to reply, and helpful. Thank you for letting us enjoy a week in paradise at your home!
I broke my ankle while staying in Kona, so because we had to stay longer for health reasons. I chose this condo because it was wheelchair accessible. It is a wonderful, quiet and clean place. My husband could wheel me to the pool easily. The kitchen was very well equipped. The walk-in shower was one of the best I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. I highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful place.
