This was a beautiful, very comfortable stay. There were beach chairs, umbrella and even a boogie board! Well equipped kitchen. Great lanai. Lovely property. Noisy birds
Fantastic apartment, beautiful inside spaces with luxury furnishings and large tvs, and a large balcony overlooking the pond. Plenty of useful equipment including kitchen and BBQ utensils, beach umbrellas / chairs / towels / floaties, pickelball gear, coolboxs, etc! Couldn't ask for more. Peaceful complex with a gym, tennis courts, and pool / jacuzzi. Approximately a 15-20 minute easy walk to the beach. There is an alehouse next to the complex for food and drinks, and a 10-15 minute walk to more restaurants. Approximately a 30 minute drive to Kona for more activities, and a 15/20 minute drive to some other beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend!
Wonderful condo in every way, spotlessly clean and bright, spacious and really great furnishings. Everything you need is available from beach chairs and umbrella to cooler and beach towels. Kitchen was well appointed. Lanai is wonderful, very spacious and comfortable for meals or relaxing in the shade. Close to restaurants and retail. Pool area is beautiful with a huge hot tub. We will definitely be back!
Beautifully appointed and redecorated Condo at The Shores. This one bedroom Condo is a wonderful getaway for two people who want to relax in a quiet environment surrounded by the Hawaiian beauty. The sunrise and sunset from the Lani are conducive to contemplation and serenity. A must to return to in the new year!
This is one of the best condos we have ever stayed in, comfortable and meticulously clean. The decorations and furnishings are exactly what I would have selected if I were doing it myself. We love the Shores for it's convenience to everything, and the beautiful surroundings. The pool and spa are wonderful. Most nights we had it to ourselves. Definately will book again next time we come to Kona.
We have family on the Big Island and always stay at Waikoloa Shores when we visit! This unit was perfect! It was just the two of us, so this one bedroom was beautiful and plenty spacious, even when family came to visit! It is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and had a lovely, spacious lanai. Highly recommend it!
We would absolutely stay here again. The location was convenient, it was beautiful inside with impeccable style, comfortable furniture including the bed, lots of closet space with a nice bureau as well. The outdoor patio was our favorite place to hang out. You can see the sunset between the other condo units - you still need a beach to get the full glory of a Hawaii sunset. But when we were tired from a day of family time, being able to watch it from our own patio was such a gift! The only thing that would make this place better is an ocean view. We would absolutely stay here again. Can't say enough about how relaxing the patio is and how inviting the home is - it really did feel like we came "home" at the end of each day.
Wonderful condo, nicely furnished and very comfortable, perfect for two. Great base for cycling and beach. A-Bay nice, but Hapuna worth the short drive. Lava Lava Beach Club is walking distance, and fabulous!
Wonderful condo with well shaded lanai. Kitchen/bathroom are well stocked. Everything is in great condition. This condo is well cared for. The Shores is a great location with easy access to restaurants, stores, etc.
My wife and I rented this recently renovated 2nd fl 1 BR corner unit with a huge lanai in late January. The unit was well appointed with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay (including beach gear - snorkels, masks, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella). The unite was very clean. Good location in the Waikoloa beach area; easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach (10 mins or so). Go and enjoy!
This home was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like beach chairs and snorkel gear. The property manager was responsive and helpful, calling us upon arrival and bringing us more bath towels. The community was well-maintained and centrally located within a larger resort community with quick access to A-Bay beach, restaurants, shops & more. We'd recommend and we'll return!
