Would we stay here again? Yes. It met our budget guidelines and the location was great. Easy access to beaches and amenities. It worked well with little kids, having a pack n play and high chair. It had everything we needed and it was a perfect spot next to the small pool, but here are the improvements needed to make it a great stay:1. Our family had 5 places within this complex, and ours was by far the least attractive of the 5. Shop around.2. The closet with all the beach toys looked like Monica's closet from Friends when I opened it up. Many of the chairs, umbrellas, snorkle gear, etc were broken.3. The cleaners don't clean the floor very well prior to new guests. We have a crawling baby and within hours, her clothes were very dirty just from being on the floor. Other than floors, it seemed pretty clean.4. According to a lot of the workers in the complex, they are now under new management. They implemented a LOT of new rules by the pool and we were being told we were too loud numerous occasions. We were not partying...it was kids playing (ages 1-8) having fun...in the afternoon! It was very disappointing that we were overlooking our shoulder every time we went to the pool. They even hired a guard that would come out and just stare at the kids, and then come tell us we need to make sure they keep it down. The pool wasn't very inviting.Advice to the owner, get involved with the new HOA because the pool situation turned a lot of people, not just our family, off!
Great unit, fit our family of 5 perfectly. Lots of beach equipment was very useful. Had the pools to ourselves for much of the stay. Would definitely stay here again.
We celebrated middle grandson’s high school graduation (with honors!) and our oldest grandson’s life accomplishments, along with our daughter’s 50th birthday. There were eight of us, and the accommodations worked out very well. Everyone had “space” and were able to embark on local adventures as well as the Green Sand Beach and Mauna Kea Visitor’s Center for sunset. A wonderful memory-making family vacation!
My family loved this place! Close to every markets, shops, beaches, and beaches! At least 4 beaches that were within 15mins. The home was wonderful and so spacious! We had 6 people and definitely could have had more! Kitchen was wonderful! Rooms were great! Communication with owner was fast and easy. Very close pool right behind unit. If your wanting to walk to the other pool at night bring flashlights as street has very limited lighting. Extremely strict on 9pm pool closures. Very quiet community. It's Hawai'i but bring bug spray for outside patio if prone to mosquito bites. (My family is and even with bracelets and spray we got bitten alive on the patio at night)Overall a Wonderful Wonderfully experience and the place was absolutely amazing! I would recommend 10/10 every time!

Tired property. Not particularly clean. Front door latch needs replacement; must kick the door to open. Screw missing on sliding glass door, handle is likely to break if not replaced.
Beautiful condo in Waikoloa, plenty of room for family of 6. Even had a closet full of all the beach gear…boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrella, chairs. Very well done! 10/10
Jim was easy to communicate with and our family of 7 had a wonderful stay in his place. The highlight for our kids was being so close to the family pool (right outside the sliding door), which never seemed to be busy. The other pool is a bit of a hike (about an 8 minute walk at a young child's pace) so we never took advantage of it but it was equally as big as the family pool. So great to have two swimming options in one complex! This is the second time we have stayed in the Waikoloa area and it is easily becoming a go to destination for future Hawaiian holidays. The condo itself was well equipped although if I were to make a suggestion, having plastic plates would be nice so the kids aren't eating off breakable plates and it would give you the option to eat by the pool (where no glass is allowed). For those with children who want to run around outside on grass, the location of this condo doesn't afford that luxury but it wasn't an deal breaker for us. Thank you Jim for hosting our family!
Place was spacious and was plenty of space for our family of 8. The closet full of beach toys, chairs, ice chests, and snorkels, worked out great. Swimming pool and bbq grills were right next to unit. Would definitely stay at this place again.
Great place close to the neighborhood pool and close to public beaches.
Grills are just steps away, was fun to share memories with the family.
Our stay was great! Shopping and food options nearby. A-Bay beach was nice and close. I didn't receive any check in information until the day we arrived. So that was a bit disorganized. Our villa also had a sewage smell but were told it was because it was unoccupied for a couple weeks before we arrived. It went away after we aired it out. Parking for a second car is a bit inconvenient as it can only be parked in the stalls that are not reserved so sometimes it was a bit of a walk to the villa. Overall great stay! Would stay here again!
