We thoroughly enjoined our stay at this property! The views, both the ocean and Diamond Head, were exceptional! The unit was very well equipped with kitchen needs, and the unit was nicely updated. The beach is an easy walk away as well as many dining options. Glad we chose this unit!

Views of diamond head were amazing
Back in Hawaii after 30 years and brought our 27 year old son to see the place we love. The view was incredible and it was so helpful to have the kitchen and laundry right there. Tom was excellent at communicating with the building staff about problems with the air conditioning and they fixed it same day. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful views of Diamond Head and the ocean. Spacious kitchen allowed us to make and store food. Beach towels and chairs were available. Unit was very quiet. A great stay!
The condo had spectacular views and there was lots of space for the 3 of us. Owner was quick to respond to have a plumbing issue repaired. It was very convenient to be able to use the beach chairs and towels.
Well situated only a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. The unit is a little older but well kept. It is a little confusing because some of the units are personally owned and some are managed as a hotel. It was nice to have coffee as well as other little touches available. We had a minor issue with hot water which was the property's issue and when I contacted the owner, he was extremely responsive. The view from the balcony is amazing with Diamond Head on one side and the beach on the other. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.
We really enjoyed our stay. The size of the apartment was perfect of us (a family of 3). Location is very good and the views from the room are amazing. Parking is included, which was a plus. The property is very clean. We will definitely plan to re-visit this property.

Central location , everything you need for beach trips and kitchen is well equipped .Parking is included and laundry is across the hall. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for a week and loved being able to walk down to the beach (equip provided) and walking to breakfast and dinner. Just enough room for the four of us. Place was quiet. Enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony with views of the ocean and Diamond Head.
Comfy pillows and beds. Plenty of towels, beach towels, dish towels. Kitchen well stocked. Easy walk to Waikiki Beach. Beautiful views!!
Closeness to the beach and all points of interest. Interaction with property manager and the staff at the Waikiki Sunset excellent and helpful.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Tom the property contact/owner provided clear communication leading up to and during our stay. The kitchen was great for being able to have relaxing breakfast in, and for making meals on evenings after long days out in the sun. Views from the lanai and bedrooms are 😍. It was great to have beach towels and chairs included, as it was less to haul from Wisconsin!
The parking pass was a huge plus for us.

Great location. Great views. Clean condo. Owner, Tom, was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying here. If renting a vehicle just be aware that only one floor of parking garage can accommodate a large vehicle. Spots are first come, first served and are limited. I suggest renting a small to medium car for better ease of parking.
Our family comes to Oahu every year for the last 6-7 years. We have rented numbers of units on other HI islands as well. By far this property is the best yet! We are a family of 4 and typically the units we rent are lacking when speaking of having enough room. This is not the case with this unit. The view from the room on the 35th floor was amazing. There are breathtaking views from the living room, bedrooms and even bathroom! The unit is well kept and up to date. Tom the owner was easy to work with and we had no issues during our 9 night stay. I would highly recommend this unit!

My family and I had a fantastic experience during our stay. The condo was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed both for our time in the condo and trips to the beach. The views couldn't have been more perfect (including some unexpected ones - fireworks on Tuesday night and a few of the animals in the Honolulu Zoo). Parking was a nice bonus and we were well located in Waikiki, with so much in walking distance. Tom was great to deal with as well. If we make it back to Oahu, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
We loved it and I would stay again. I was hesitant to book with some of the bad reviews but we found nothing wrong! We enjoyed the view of diamond head from the den. Both bedrooms and even the bathroom had a view of the ocean and sunset. The beds were comfy. The unit was fully stocked including 4 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas and even a cooler. Plenty towels and beach towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. The place was clean. No problems with the elevators or bugs. The laundry room is just outside the door on one side and the trash chute was on the other side. Short walk to the beach.
We had a great time staying here with our three kids. They loved waking up and looking at the ocean every day! The view of the beach and diamond head were both great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the parking was an added bonus. We can't wait to return!
The property was very well maintained with exceptional views of the ocean and Diamond Head. The property is within walking distance to everything Oahu has to offer.
Tom inquired that we made it to the property and was quick to reply to questions throughout the stay. When our departute flight was delayed, Tom offered additional time to check out.

Often when you stay in a Condo, you get a great ocean view or a view of the condo building next door. However, this view is exceptional. Waking up to get a panoramic view of Diamond Head, no obstructions. A frequent traveler to Hawaii with family; pool was kid friendly (2-foot depth), close to beach, zoo, Waikiki strip. Everything in the unit was clean and appropriate: Kitchen, Bathroom, TV, Wifi. Most important was parking was free, available and easy. Nice touch was included: coffee, beach towels and chairs. Great experience for Hawaiian visit. Thank you, Tom.
The location of this property is ideal; close to many of the restaurants and beaches. There was sufficient space for our family, and we enjoyed having the full kitchen. Although the rooms were clean, other parts of the apartment were less clean (bathroom, rugs). The towels also had a strong smell of mold. Having free parking was quite nice! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Exactly as expected, comfortable, everything we needed. The owner was remarkable responsive. A coffee carafe cracked, a replaced appeared within hours. It was so good to be in a condo in a good location with a great view.
