About a 7 minute walk to the beach
The balcony overlooks the mountains, canal and diamond head. You can’t see the beach but we didn’t mind
We loved the bed. We prefer a more firm bed and it was just that.
The beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. We used them daily.
Well stocked with everything we needed.
Plenty of towels for our 9 day stay (we reused a few times)
There is a little mart on floor 5 that was great for a quick snack or anything you forgot.
The pool area is great, although most of the day it’s in the shade. It wasn’t overly crowded, we laid in the chairs a few times, but never swam.
Nice bbq area (we didn’t use but was very nice)
There was always plenty of parking.
Elevators can be busy during peak hours, there are 30+ floors so lots of people coming and going, but wasn’t a huge issue for us to wait a few.
As some people noted, a few things in the condo could be updated like the vanity, sink and faucet, but that doesn’t bother us at all.
The building is well made and you can’t hear hall noise or neighbors. This is important to me as I’m a light sleeper. We did hear the people above moving their chairs around the floors quite often, but they might have just been a big group staying there . But could never hear neighbors talking or halls doors slamming.
The keyless entry was nice so we didn’t have to bring a key when we walked to the beach.
My only suggestion would be to have smart TV’s so we could watch streaming apps in the evenings.

So this condo appears renovated but it’s poorly done and what you’re really paying for is the location. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach which is nice. The condo itself was liveable but it had some plaster falling off the wall in the bedroom, the kitchen sink backed up and the garbage disposal wasn’t working so we had to have someone come and fix that, mold painted over on the bedroom ceiling, cob webs with dust hanging from the popcorn ceiling, mold on the bathroom floor grout, a hole in the bedroom wall where an outlet used to be that is gone now just an open hole. It’s also incredibly loud the sirens from police and fire never stop even though you’re on the 28th floor you hear everything. Oh that’s another thing the walls are super thin, the living room couch is super uncomfortable to sit on and you feel like the springs are going to break. The entire condo/hotel is in bad shape and it needs to be renovated. They had to do an emergency water shut off one day from 08-12pm which turned the AC off also and another night at 10pm there was a fire alarm and we had to climb the stairs down.

This place as everything I hoped it would be. Great views. Everything you need in a kitchen. Great bathroom. I’m glad I chose it. Only thing I’d the pull out couch was uncomfortable and pretty worn, they could upgrade it, but my teen was sleeping on it and he didn’t complain. I couldn’t have slept on it. They being said the master bedroom was super comfortable. Also note the boogie boards they have there are for small children. Any teens or adults will have to buy out rent their own. The umbrella is also no good against any wind. Everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay there again given the opportunity.

We enjoyed our stay and was wowed by the amazing view! We were able to cook meals at the VRBO, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the host was responsive. We will definitely stay again!

The apartment on the 28th floor is in a great location at the end of Waikiki area. The beach section is the most beautiful there and you are still right in the middle of the action. The apartment is fully equipped with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, safe and all electrical appliances in the older kitchen. The balcony has a fantastic view of the city and mountains. On the right you can also see a piece of the Diamond Head. Very comfortable bed, door lock with numerical code, fast elevator, large pool, mini market in the building. Grill on the pool floor. Parking space included. We were happy and would come again.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo comes equipped with everything you need. We appreciated that it came with beach chairs, towels and a boogie board. Byron was super helpful and made the check in process easy. We had to call him a couple times for questions and he answered right away. Note that the bed is actually 2 full size beds pushed together which was the only downfall since the listing stated it was a California king. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
