This unit is located on a high floor of the Aston Waikiki Sunset Hotel, this condo offers one bedroom (one king size bed), one bath, expansive living area (queen sofa bed), and FREE parking. Central AC through the unit. NO RESORT FEE!
Fully stocked kitchen, with all the essentials makes this condo feel like home. Sleeping arrangements: One King bed, two twin size bunk beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
Waikiki Sunset is conveniently located one block from the famous Waikiki beach, world-class dining, shopping, bus line access, biki (bike rental), Honolulu zoo, Waikiki aquarium, international market place, Kapi’olani beach park. Exploring the island is convenient and easy with many transportation options right outside your front door.

Kameron is a great host, very responsive to inquiries and always looking to help improve our stay. We traveled with 4 young kids, so we needed the sleeper sofa which had challenges. We made it work by creating a "fort" on the floor for the kids despite the challenges to use the sleeper sofa, but Kameron did everything to make things right and committed to fixing it for future guests. The location was centrally located. The property was clean and well stocked (kitchen tools, sand toys, beach equipment), and parking was never an issue. We had no problem with the elevator wait, never felt busy. I have already recommended Kameron and his property to our friends.

We traveled with two kids under 3, and it was one of the best location in Waikiki. It was quiet, but still 5 min walk from the beach, AND the zoo. We walked along the beach and rarely needed our car unless you were going outside of Waikiki. Kameron was also a great host- he responded immediately to our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

First impression of this property wasn't the best driving up. It is an old building and their is a torn down property next door with homeless people right outside your door. Which I think is quite common but nonetheless a bit of a turn off especially with kids. The apartment building is quite old and in need of a Reno but the unit itself was exactly as pictured, clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. It accommodated our family of five just fine for the 6nights we stayed. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. It was in nice close walking distance to the main drag and had some good food trucks close by. The pool was nice and clean but would be nice if there was a small playground for young kids.. overall we enjoyed our time here. The unit made up for the rest of the building and the cost was reasonable.

Condo was very nice and provided ample space for our family of 5. The only downside is the hotel itself. Common areas are dated and a bit dirty and there's no amenities like a restaurant or coffee shop. Kameron is a great host though.

Kameron was a great host. the space was clean and in a good location. we didn’t use the amenities as much because we were out most of the time. definitely recommend!

The Positives:- Pictures were accurate- Clean Unit- Free Parking is clutch- Excellent location (short walk to international marketplace / target / Beach)- Bed was comfortable- Stocked with Beach equipment! (Lounge Chairs, Beach towels, boogie boards, umbrellasAreas for improvement:- The Unit is located within a very outdated hotel (Aston Waikiki). The Elevators need renovation. Although there are 4 elevators, it often felt like only 1 was in use at a time. People would often crowd into the elevator, due to long waits. - Kitchen items could use improvement (a larger chef's knife would be nice. Difficult to cut store bought fruit with small knives)- Dish Rack was rusty/dirty. Did not have anywhere to dry our dishes- The Door of the unit does not close all the way on its own. You need to push it close, to make sure it's closed. It also doesn't have a secondary bolt or chain lock; only the 1 electronic lock.- Shower water pressure was subparOverall, our stay was fine. It's not luxurious, if you're used to 5-star hotels, but it is a clean and convenient place for a small family.

Kameron was such an excellent host! Instructions were clear and everything went so smooth. The unit was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay, including boogie boards, umbrellas, and chairs. We were celebrating my birthday and he went out of his way to provide a cake and lei. He allowed us an early check in and late check out. We will definitely choose one of his properties in the future. Also, the views from this unit were incredible! The central air was a very nice touch and being so high up, the unit was very quiet. The mattresses were very comfortable, including the pullout bed. Parking was generally really easy and we parked a mini van for our stay with no issues. You will not regret staying in this unit!

Wonderful condo! Was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Parking lot always had enough spots and getting in/out was easy. The kids loved the pool! The view was amazing and we saw several rainbows. Kameron was a wonderful host! He checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and had great recommendations. The check in/check out process was super easy. We highly recommend this condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It’s very close to Waikiki beach (5min walking distance). There is a parking garage right next to the building that we were allowed to use. Also, there are many restaurants and food trucks in walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean and provided everything we needed (kitchen equipment, towels and beach towels, …). The view from the balcony was amazing! The only improvement that we can think of would be to send the check-in information a couple days in advance. All in all, we had a lovely stay and can definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you!

If you want to enjoy Waikiki Beach, this was a great spot. The place was really clean and Kameron was exceptional to work with. Cant wait to come back
