The room was well equipped and spacious. It is in a great location close to Waikiki and a several convenience stores right next door. You cant go wrong staying there.

The room was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. Jan was proactive in reaching out and responsive. Large collections of food trucks and a 7-eleven nearby made meals easy. Recommend highly!
Well located in the city! Services are avalaible around and it is not far from the beach. The bed was a bit too springy, but it is OK for the price.

Jan provided easy check‐in and check‐out instructions, and the location is very convenient. The unit itself is compact and furnished very simply, so it may feel snug if you’re used to more spacious rentals. Access to the on-site gym and certain extras (including items stocked in the fridge) incurs additional fees, and basic toiletries such as soap are not supplied. Overall a straightforward, well-located option that offers fine value for a minimalist stay.
I’m not satisfied with the room. It’s dirty, towels look like they never been cleaned. Too much junk in the closet. The bed mattress is very old. Bed sheets are too thin and dark can’t tell if they were cleaned. I won’t even recommend it to anyone.
The room is easily accessible with very convenient check-in and checkout and has all the basic amenities. It is small but cozy and the location is fantastic, only 7 min walk away from the convention center. Parking on site is expensive and cash-only which was inconvenient.

I loved staying here! Perfect for our trip! I have so much more i would love to share about this place, however the review box isn't big enough! If you go, stop by the coffee shop on the lower level! Masalas to die for, guaranteed!

Dirty single pane windows that allow street noises. Torn drapes, wiring of TV etc visible and a mess.
Fortunately I only used it two nights. Pity the tourist who booked for a vacation. Reeks 1960 w/o updates.
I'd like my money back. I trusted Travelovity and got the shaft!!!!!!!
The property supplied everything you would need inside, dishes, silverware, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, as well as a fridge, microwave, and toaster oven.
They also have places to eat on the property including breakfast.
Everything was great
I stayed here last year too and it's perfect. Clean, very good location and communication with the host was good. The WiFi and pool area were amazing! I recommend 10/10.

Conveniently located close to the Convention center, and in a walkable distance to Waikiki beach area. There is a cafe/bakery at the ground floor of the building with a souvenir shop and small store, and down the street there is a 7/11 convenience store (open 7/24) and food trucks. Very convenient. The car traffic can be a bit noisy at night but overall this fully-equipped studio was a great deal.
The room was unclean. The floor boards coming apart. No kitchen sink (where to wash dishes used?) in the bathroom sink. No garbage bags, the drapes were falling apart at the hangers, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and the bed was absolutely terrible (mattress, headboard falling apart.etc., etc., etc.

The studio room was neat and tidy and met our needs. The facilities were good as was the location. Our host was friendly and accommodating and we would recommend the property to other couples visiting for a few days.
This property was very convenient. It was close to lots of shopping and dining options. Communication with the host was swift and straight to the point, which is awesome. They were also friendly. Checkin and checkout was also easy and non-stressful. The only thing about our stay was the cleanliness. They have everything you could need within the room; however lots of unnecessary things as well. Overall I would recommend staying here!
The host was great and fast at responding to my messages. Communicating with the host was easy and smooth. The property was in a great location walking distance from the beach, lots of restaurants around. However, parking was a bit of a nightmare. The property has parking but it cost approximately 45-40 per day. There is street parking available but you have to circle around about 5 times to actually find a spot to park. Also the room is a bit outdated and it smelled a bit funky. However, if you don’t plan to be in the room too long it’s perfect. It was an overall good/okay experience.

Our location was perfect for where we needed to be. The host was amazing and clear on what we needed to do. Would stay there over and over when we come back!
It’s close to the conference center, where we were exhibiting. It’s essentially a large studio with full kitchen. It all feels a bit run down (my shower head just wouldn’t stay up, older towels, saggy mattress, curtains that don’t fully close, could use a better paint job). There’s plenty of things in cupboards (I assume leftover shower stuff, beach things) that are greet to have. It was great value for the time I was there so I’d likely book again.
It was nice. I feel like it could of been better. Wasnt really towels out we had to look for them and toilet paper.
Had one blanket i wish it could be bigger. Didnt have no shower stuff so we had our own but woulf of been a plus had these things been there.
Overall not bad. Needed wither a bigger trahs can or supply trash bags.

Good to access everywhere and easy to car lent
Its in the middle of waikiki so all the action is just within walking distance. Its cozy, and has plenty of amenities, plus its one of rhe cheaper options out there. Only downside was AC was tiny so it got pretty uncomfortable in the morning.
Walking distance from everything with just enough amenities to make an amazing.
We spent very little time in our room so everything is fair for the price.
