Wonderful location adjacent to Fort Derussy Beach Park. Our host offered clear instructions for check in. It is a busy area of Waikiki, so the off site check-in was a concern. The manager at the Outrigger check in site was very kind and helped direct us to the property.
Plenty of shops and food nearby. Peaceful and relaxing to sit outside.
This was our second stay at this property, and it was as wonderful as the first time! I have lived on the island of Oahu several times, and know this is the most desirable area of Waikiki and Honolulu. The property itself is clean, welcoming, and perfect fir two people. The large lanai is wonderfully relaxing and it's spectacular to be so close to the beach. Communication with the owner and management company was excellent. You simply can't go wrong with this property!

We had an enjoyable time staying at this unit. We loved the location as well as the unit itself. Communication with the owner was prompt when we discovered a couple of issues. The owner said he’d have the issues quickly resolved for us (though declined as worked around them). Overall, everything met our expectations.
The condo is exactly as you see it in vrbo pictures. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Also, the pool at the Outrigger next door was great. Very quiet location!

First time to Hawaii and it was a wonderful experience. Our stay at Terry’s place was great. Clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with beach/pool items, laundry supplies etc. We loved being able to just walk 2 minutes down to the beach to see the sunrise most mornings. Check-in was super easy and Terry had all instructions clearly printed out. The location is within walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. This one’s a keeper for our next trip back!!
Simple check-in, great location with parking, wonderful nearby restaurants. Would suggest light kits for each of the ceiling fans to provide additional needed lighting.
We had a very nice stay at this Waikīkī condo. Everything was as listed on the description. We found the location excellent for moving about the city.

It was my husbands first trip to Oahu and staying in Waikiki was a must but I didn’t want a standard hotel. This spot was so convenient to walk to everything and having garage parking was an incredible bonus. Our host made fantastic recommendations for the Cirque de solei show and Tommy Bahamas restaurant and we had an amazing stay the whole time feeling safe and well cared for.
Loved, loved, loved this condo! Clean, spacious!!, full kitchen, comfortable. Big lanai.. second floor!!! overlooking the park for fun people watching especially on the weekend nights. Access to key outrigger amenities.. waikiki hot spots start a block over. Ideal for 2-3 that prefer the amenities of home for a fabulous vacation stay. Host Terry was very helpful and checkin a breeze. 100% recommend.
Everything is exactly like the booking showed. I loved my morning coffee on the lanai. Shops and food all within walking distance. Access to the beach was literally right out the door. On our last evening we stepped out to the beach and right there was 2 monk seals napping in the sand. Would do this all over again in a heartbeat.
Really loved this place. Terry has created a cozy, appealing space. Visiting great-niece and nephews loved the pool. Lanai is delightful for a.m. coffee and p.m. wine. Highly recommend!
Excellent location and view of the beach and park. Easy access to restaurants and shops downtown. Convenient parking in the garage. Condo was very neat and clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. Owner is very nice and communicated promptly. Highly recommend this property.
My wife and I made a quick visit to Oahu from Maui. Our stay at the apartment was very nice. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was great to be on the beach, close to shopping and many restaurants. Parking comes with the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

First of all, Terry, the owner, is a fantastic host. She communicated clearly with me every step of the way. Top notch guest service! The unit is a nice size and was very clean. The lanai has a nice partial view is the beach and sea and is very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and a plethora of clean towels and linens were available. It could use some updating which is the only reason I gave it four stars. Overall very nice stay!
Property just as shown in pictures with great location. The Lanai was great to sit on and people watch. Close access to Diamond Head & Pearl Harbor. Only one minor issue which was resolved in a timely manner, Terry very communicative. Well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella etc. Didn’t have time to cook since we were on the go, but lots of food choices in the vicinity.
We loved this condo for the location, and access to all we wanted to do! The view is terrific!
Ive lived on Oahu and visit frequently, so I can assure you this is a perfect location in a perfect location. Extremely comfortable king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living room and a huge lanai with a view of the ocean! Perfect! equals eq

Place is clean and spacious. Lanai overlooks the park and the beach and is close to lots of shops and restaurants. New bed is super comfy and the new windows make it much quieter at night. Can't wait for our next stay here!
Clean property. Easy checkin. Easy communication with the owner and with the Outrigger staff. Supplies were provided promptly when requested. We watched the nightly sunset and Friday fireworks from the lanai. Swimming beach right out the back with beach towels provided. Laundry in condo was convenient for a 19 night stay. Basic cooking equipment was fine to cook most meals. Location great for beach walks, Fort Derussy park, local bus to art museum or movies, or to Kalakaua to walk to the aquarium. Highly recommended.
Weather was great as was condo.bit of a hassle checking in at different location,but everything went smoothly.
Location is really great with views of the ocean and friday night fireworks from the balcony. Condo needs some maintenence, but was clean and had everything we needed.
