Location & view can’t be beat!! The unit on the other hand needed maintenance. The trim in needs to be replaced or painted. The furniture is too big and some of it useless. Just because you put a chair cushion on an end table doesn’t make it a chair the de be use gor much of anything. The

We loved the location. Comfy bed, lots of towels, if you want to eat in, the efficiency kitchen was well equipped. We paid for the parking garage, be sure to get a small call as the spaces are tight! It is cozy for sure with your luggage under the bed as described. Too many pillows and throw pillows. Our only disappointment was the bathroom is in need of attention from a sink that doesn’t drain, marred and chipped woodwork, the bath was overused and rough looking.

The view is stunning! The bed was heavenly, and the beach a stones throw away. How wonderful it was floating in blue salt water🎉 everyday! Thanks for a great time.

My wife and I love visiting Hawaii as we both grew up and met in High School there. This small but nice apartment is in a great spot. We could walk to almost everything in Waikiki. The beach is 1/2 block away. We used to get our coffee and sit on the beach almost every morning for the 2 weeks we stayed here. We would definitely stay here again.

condo is small but perfect for 1-2 people that do not plan to stay indoors much during the day. The location has great views and close to beach, coffee, restaurants. kitchenette is useful! Bathroom does not have counter space to keep your items, however they do provide shelves to make up for that, just not the most functional bathroom for getting ready in.

Check in was easy.......except we weren't given the room that we booked As soon as we opened the door we were greeted by hot muggy air. The AC was not cooling. We decided to give it some time and left for a few hours. When we got back to the room it was still 82 degrees. After looking at my reservation I realized the room we were given was not the one I had reserved. I sent the host an email letting him know about the AC and the room. The next morning I emailed him again and also called him. I wasn't able to reach him so I contacted VRBO directly and they said they would contact him. I did hear back from Mark in the early afternoon. He said there were no other units available in the building and that he would not be able to have the AC replaced that day and offered me a full refund which I accepted. We were able to get into another building through a different company the next day which turned out to be an amazing property so it all worked out and I did receive a full refund.

This location is great because it is very close to the beach and the zoo and tons of stores, but the building itself is pretty run down and the room was not any better. Very tiny, no place to store luggage, mini fridge, and the bathroom needs a total update. The room also smelled like a mixture of urine and popcorn and the AC was broken.

This place was a perfect little spot with great views. The kitchen is well stocked. Bathroom had heaps of towels. Bed was comfortable, air con worked well.
Check in was ok - the key didn't work til 3 pm on the dot, which is a little weird, and we had flown in at 8 am so it was the longest 5 minutes ever waiting in the hallway
The unit is bright and the window open fully to the lanai, amazing.

The only con other than the weird check in was the furniture - SO much useless, oversized furniture. For the love of god and anyone with legs, please remove the chest of drawers in front of the toilet. I only have a 27" inseam and I struggled. No one wants to sit side saddle on the can. Replace with a shelf and towel hooks for a MUCH better bathroom experience.
There is a chunky roll top desk and a large (albeit, beautiful) cabinet in the main area that serve little to no purpose too. Room would feel much more spacious with these removed.

While this wasn’t the fanciest place, the location for the price was incomparable. The beach and zoo view from our balcony was amazing!!
