It has imported Italian granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, cherry cabinets, solid wood doors and trim and high-quality appliances and fixtures. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. (new high-quality mattress) The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a pull-out couch. The unit is 575 sq ft and the lanai is 230 sq ft. The lanai has a private entrance to the pool deck that is locked from the pool side at 10pm. If you use this private entrance, be sure to bring your key card because it does not open from the pool side.

There are two flat screen TVs in both living room and bedroom. The hotel provides free high-speed internet with no password needed. We have a small safe for your valuables. Excellent cooling unit installed in 2018. Please read the usage instructions on the booking information sheets! There are currently (subject to change) 3 good beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and 2 boogie boards in front entry closet. New lanai lounge chairs in 2024. The kitchen is well stocked. There is not a full-size oven in this unit. It does have a convection/microwave combo for your cooking needs, as well a full size glass-top stove. Free early check in and late check out PROVIDING THERE IS NOT A BACK-TO-BACK BOOKING. (please request ahead) (the hotel will likely charge and additional $15 daily resort fee for this) If you can't get right in upon arrival you have the option of having the staff put your bags in a locked room so you can explore the surrounding area while you wait. Amenities include activity desk, 24 hour check in, bell service etc. You will have access to the owner's lounge one floor below the penthouse at no extra charge, but only during the scheduled activities. These activities run several times a week and include Hula lessons, Lei making, Music & Mai Thais. The owner's lounge has large lanais with breathtaking views. There is also a coin operated laundry facility on the second floor and towel/bedding exchange on the third floor. (you can also request more soap, shampoo and dishwasher soap) There are two hot tubs and a sauna located on 3rd floor. You have private access to the recently updated, salt water, rooftop pool! (please don't use after 10pm and be sure to bring your key card to have access back through your lanai). Those calling you on the unit phone need to go through the front desk operator. The hotel charges a $15 per day plus tax resort fee. VALET PARKING IS ALSO AVAILABLE directly through the hotel. Simply let them know when you arrive. The cost is $20 per day or $100 per week plus tax. Extra MAID SERVICE during your stay is also available directly through the hotel. YOU would pay them upon check out. PLEASE NOTE: The larger penthouse next door is a lounge & at times a wedding reception hall. There is rarely a problem with noise, but we can't guarantee it will never happen.

This is a great location for relaxing and exploring that’s close to everything. Fully equipped with anything you might need or want. We even cooked a few times. I would stay here again!

This was our second time in this exact suite, and we loved it again. Less than 5 minutes to a glorious beach that was not crowded. Lots of great places to eat!

Very nice well stocked vacation rental with good restaurants nearby. Stayed 7 nights - very comfortable bed. Great kitchen and ABC store with deli in the lobby. Nice personal pool entrance to the huge Lanai. Just remember to bring your door key to the pool with you. The Catamaran sunset cruise was perfect. Mai Tais in the owners lounge was a nice extra perk. Short walking distance to so many things. We rented a car two individual days to see the rest of the island and returned it each night with a key drop off avoiding any overnight parking charge. Very convenient. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Thanks Cindy!

Terrific spot to stay, close to all the Waikiki activity. But, at the top floor, it was quiet and some great views. Comfortable condo, easy access, and the staff was friendly and provided terrific service. We’ll be back next time we visit Waikiki!

The room was great but for two complete days window cleaners went back & forward through our deck to reach the front seaward side of the building. They could have gone through the conference/bar room but no they trudged past us continuously. They apologised but it wasn’t their fault they weren’t given an alternate access. Every time we had to get off our deck chairs & move the deck chairs out the way so they could get past with gear. We complained to reception asking if we could change rooms but this was not actioned. There were painters in the hall outside our door and the carpet was redone in the stair tower so we could not use it. Was like living in a construction site, When we had booked the trip to relax & chill out

Very flexible in checking in and out. In the center of Waikiki, short walk to the beach and many fine restaurants. We stayed a week before our cruise and enjoyed the place

We loved our stay here! The listing is correct that the apartment is more appropriate for a couple. We had our son stay with us on the pullout bed until his unit opened up. But it was tight! The kitchen is well stocked, but there is a step up to it that may be an issue for those who are handicapped or elderly. We had great morning sun, for those who like to drink coffee or tea on the lanai. Great views of Waikiki, the Royal Hawaiian backyard and the ocean are found there as well. One thing we really liked was the access to the pool from our room, rather than having to go around, we were able to have our own private entrance to and from the pool, fantastic! The resort has a lot going on, especially for owners, and we are, so that was an added bonus! We will be back!

Unit was clean and had many amenities. The owners even stocked the unit with appliances and things like aluminum foil to make meal prep easier. Great location…easy walk to beach and shops!

We stayed 11 days in what I would consider an ideal safe location to walk, shop, and dine. We were able to walk everywhere locally and did. We walked and dined at the Halekulani, Dukes at the Outrigger, had the best Mai tai’s at the Mai Tai Bar at the Royal Hawaiian and had Happy Hour at Ruth’s Chris Restaurant right across the street and also walked to the Hilton Hawaiian Hotel for an early dinner.

We loved our stay at this beautful updated condo. The staff at the Imperial were all very nice. We had great ocean views from our balcony as well as private entrance to pool. The rooftop lounge right next to our condo was open on Friday nights for sunsets and fireworks and the drinks and views were amazing. You really don't need a car everything is in walking distance restaurants, shopping, beaches. The condo also had beach chairs umbrellas boogie boards for the beach. We did rent a car for one day from the sheraton next door to take a drive around the island. Thank you Cindy, we would love to stay here again.
