They have car parking area in the building which 35$ per day. The building area in Waikiki you can enjoyed around there. so you don’t have to rental car much of days.
Late arrival(11pm), room not ready, dirty laundry on the floor, no contact to management, had to organize a hotelroom, next day contact with mngmt. Got hotel cost reimbursed. Several other issues during rental; too many to list them all.

Description of apt is inaccurate it was rundown carpet worn with hole walls stained above headboard drapes to sliding door stained couch on floor pillows ripped stained balcony small & missing a lot of tiles also some were broken vent in bathroom full of dust the drape rod rusted mold /rust around bathtub As soon as I walked into apt bad smell coming from kitchen area I called host & complained with no help from them at all they didn't even come check the odor I sent them pics of everything described & nothing I also complained to VRBO & I'm still waiting upon a full refund As for amenities no blow dryer

10泊お世話になりました。立地がよく、バス停も近いので便利。26階で横から海が見えます。一番のお気に入りは朝焼けが見えるので、毎日早起きして見ていました。設備は古く感じましたが、許容範囲です。値段を考えるとコスパがよいと思います。シャワーが固定式でないのはありがたかったのですが、お湯の勢いが弱かったのが唯一残念でした。コインランドリーや屋上のプールなども利用でき、長期滞在でゆっくり過ごす事ができたので満足しています。
What are the discounted price? It’s an excellent find.
I have stayed in different condos at the Pacific Monarch for the last eight years and again you can’t beat the location

何度か利用させて頂いています。コロナから5年ぶりですが変わらず素敵なお部屋でした。景色もよく毎日気持ち良く過ごせました。シャワーの水圧だけ変わっていてかなり弱くなってしまっており蛇口下からでるお湯でなんとか毎日洗いました。取り替えしてもらえればと願います。

The property has a great view, and was as described. The decor is dated and needs some TLC, but for the price and location, it is a good value. We did find that the queen bed was comfortable, but the fold out futons for guests 3 and 4, were not as comfortable.We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof.

Good location, rooms are spacious and clean. There is no noise and I am very satisfied. The air conditioning was a little noisy.
Narrow ocean view from corner.
Small and simple lobby. Great impressive ocean and Mountain view at top open area, and pool.
Heavy noise at night. Convenient to everything!
The AC smelled like dampness. I checked it and it was covered with black mold. I had to clean it out in order for it to be useable.
That couch in the background was non-existent when we visited. Instead there were two single seaters that convert to sleepers. Those sleepers were not flat, they were declined on the legs portion leaving my kids in pain when they woke up.
Parking is not provided here, I had to pay $30/daily to park inside the structure. Kinda ridiculous considering I spent over $1,500 on the lodgings for 8 days.
The view: you have to look to the right and lean out to see the ocean. Otherwise the majority of what you see is other buildings. This unit faces South East, so get ready to get baked by the sun every morning.
The bathroom door is just like you're walking into a saloon. uncovered from top and bottom with zero noise reduction lol
As with all rental sharing units, all of the provided household items are outdated, rusted or of very low quality. The fridge is weak and our stuff was barely cooled.
I guess the price wasn't so bad considering it was Hawaii then? You get what you pay for
It was close and easy to get in and out of with a car
