Mostly accurate descripton of the Unit. The bedroom carpet was dirty, and stained. Had to put paper towels under the Patio air conditioner and a chair due to the water drip next to the sliding door that was a dangerous trip/slip hazard. There should have been mention of the constant street noise from deliveries, cars, and loud people. Found out that was the reason for the plastic containers of earplugs. All other desciptions, and accessories were accurate. The overall remodel was very nice, beds, furniture comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. The location and view were great. Comunication with the Host was easy, and the response was always fast. This is an honest observation, and hope that this is helpful.
The listing is very accurate! Great check in instructions and the host was very responsive. Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we need. The place is stocked nicely with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and etc… it was a super easy walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this place when staying in Waikiki. Great location and place.
It was exactly as expected. Great location for the beach and bus stop! Wonderful to have laundry facility in condo. The view was great!
We spent 11 nights in this Waikiki condo and couldn’t have asked for a smoother stay. It’s a two-minute stroll to the beach and an easy walk to just about everything else we wanted to see. Check-in took was simple, and checkout was just as painless. The host replied to every message almost immediately and clearly cares about the place. We’d book it again in a heartbeat.
Location was fabulous & within walking distance of beach, restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself was adequate and well equipped. The building is marked as non-smoking; however, we could smell people smoking in the unit below us. We did thoroughly enjoy the location & the other comforts of the unit.

This was a good place to stay as it is on the Diamond head end of Waikiki Beach. It provides easy access to great dining, Waikiki Beach and (if you have a car) to major roadways. The one complimentary parking space is a plus. The condo has all the major kitchen appliances and dinner wear (should you want to eat in). The lanai is very big and there is a peek a boo look at the ocean. The beach chairs (in the closet) was a wonderful touch. As in other reviews, the parking space is very TIGHT so please get a compact car if possible. The location allowed us to travel to many local spots without the hassle of having the car valeted every time you needed it. And for those of you familiar with the Hawaiian islands - there is an ABC store downstairs!!The only challenge was an air conditioner that was continually leaking. We contacted the owner and he responded quickly to the communication however the fix did not happen until after we left. There were a lot of restrictions you are alerted to only after you book the locations. They are not bad but you should see them before you book.I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to get in and out of downtown and great view. East check-in, with detailed instructions and parking spot (though tight), is a great bonus.

We could walk everywhere. Several things to be aware of. There is some street noise and there is no air conditioning in the second bedroom. Both easily overcome.

This condo was perfect for our family one week vacation. The location was ideal with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I had several communications with the owner, Thomas Link, and he was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, including the sofabed and the condo was very clean and well furnished. We were sorry when our week came to an end and look forward to returning. I would definitely come back to this same property again.
My business partner and I were in Honolulu for work and this unit was an excellent base of operation. It was very spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything we could ever need. Coffee on the lanai with the ocean view was also a great way to start the day.
The location is fantastic. It's close to everything downtown, and it's super easy to access the freeway if you're heading to the North Shore or other parts of the island.
Tom was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and responsive.
We will definitely be staying here again on our future trips.
Pro Tip: If you rent a car, get a subcompact. The parking lot is small. If you have a larger car, you'll have trouble navigating into the parking space.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We only had to walk about a block to get to the beach and having the beach chairs available for our use was nice. The host was fantastic about communicating with us in a very timely manner.

We loved the location of this property, it was very centrally located. It was the perfect size for our family and made our week in Hawaii exceptional.
Property was exactly as advertised. We could not be happier with this place. Tom was fantastic to work with and so helpful when I messed up.
The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean, the utilities were all like new.
The beach towels and beach chairs came in very handy. It is a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed our time in the sun and sand.
We do a lot of vacation rentals and this would have to be one of, if not the best experiences we had.
The location is great and the Condo is equipped with everything you could want. The lanai is awesome.The parking space is a rare extra, though it can really be a challenge for a bigger car. I highly recommend this rental!
Condo is located in nice, crowded area. 5 minutes to beach. Walking distance to gifts shops and fast food. Property manager is kind, answers calls quickly,gives us his parking spot for free ( Thank you) Condo has 1 windows AC in masterbed one AC in living room, have to turn on ceiling fans to circulate air to 2nd room. Kitchen is clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Will come back. Mahalo !

We were two couples who wanted to explore all of Oahu and this was the perfect spot. We were close to the action and amenities of Waikiki, but also very close to great natural wonders and nature trails. The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the white noise machines in each bedroom as it is a lively area. Being one block from the beach was great because we could just go over for a short while (with the nice beach towels and chairs provided) and it didn’t have to be a whole production. The free parking spot was also a great benefit, as we needed a car to explore other parts of the island. Thomas was a very responsive and helpful host. The only negative was that the smaller bedroom tended to be noticeably warmer than the rest of the apartment because the a/c is provided by two window units: one in the main area and one in the larger bedroom. That said, we still had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
This unit has a great outdoor private balcony with an ocean view. The location is perfect, but it can get a little loud from the street noise. I would highly recommend this unit to any other guests.
The condo was perfect for me and my family. Location was great. Communication was great. Going back home to North Dakota and wishing we could stay longer. Thank you Tom!
We were very pleased with the condo. The parking was the only issue because of the size of the lot, but the only time we drove was if we were going to other locations on the island. Everything else we wanted to do was all within walking distance. If we get the chance to come back, we will definitely look here first.
The condo was nice and comfortable. It's an easy short walk to Waikiki beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. The only frustration was the parking. The owner was nice to allow us use of his parking stall for free a bonus if you have ever stayed anywhere else in Honolulu. Parking is tight at the condo and if a large car parks near your stall as in our case it's very difficult to get your car in/out despite renting a compact.
We had an amazing stay on Oahu. This condo was walking distance of Waikiki Beach. Having the parking space was very helpful. It was so nice to find a cooler in the condo to use as well. We were trying to be on a budget, so having the kitchen saved so much for us. Would stay here again if we ever come back.
