Great place to stay! The account for detail was met everywhere by Lani. Our 17th trip to Waikīkī and decided to try someplace new. We have now found a new hidden gem at Pacific Monarch 3207.
I have stayed in the same building a few times and this place was by far the best one so far. It was very clean, one of the best things was the view. My kids loved sitting out in the lanai. The only con was that there was a noise in the living room, it wasn’t much of an issue for us but if someone was sleeping in the living room you might want ear plugs if you want a good night’s sleep. I understand this is out of the host’s control but I figured I could warn you just in case you’re a light sleeper. Overall, we would stay here again.
The location was great. Any questions were answered promptly. Unit was clean.
This is a GREAT location and amazing views. The room is spacious and has the basics you would need for your stay! The bathroom looks a bit old but functions just fine, and there is no AC in the bedroom but a fan, and i just left the bedroom door open. convienent to have the rooftop pool /lounge just one floor up! Waikiki market just down the street. Lani was a pleasure to work with and quick responses as well as allowing for a late checkout!
My husband and I along with our 2 young adult kids enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Monarch pent house floor 1 bedroom condo mostly for the excellent location, views, balcony/lanai, rooftop pool & rooftop hot tub! It is just 2 blocks walk to Kuhio Beach in Waikiki.We liked having a small kitchenette and also enjoyed how close we were to so many wonderful food options.The front desk staff were pleasant and the common areas were always well kept & clean.We were aware that parking would cost extra at 35/day and budgeted for that. Just be aware to follow the parking rules exactly and note that the parking is very tight.The sofa/futon bed in the living area was not very comfortable for our 2 yound adults so luckily we had brought with us a portable cot and that really saved our stay.Some of the furniture & furnishings are a bit worn but we didnt mind so much as we really loved the views & proximity (very central) to the activities we wanted to do.The bed & linens in the bedroom were comfortable and we appreciated being able to use the 2 beach chairs & beach towels.There is some city & street noise if you leave the windows open for a breeze so during the night we usually chose to use the AC and close the window & patio doors and we slept much better that way. We did not use the TV.Overall we would definetly stay here again!
This unit was everything we hoped for, beautiful views of the ocean and mountains, close vicinity to the beach, and a comfy well kept clean condo along with a few gifts left for us on the counter. Lani was very responsive to our requests. We are definitely going to book here again!

We loved our stay! Patio was huge and we enjoyed having meals out there and taking in the views. Rooftop pool couldn’t be any closer and we never had a problem with it being crowded up there. Location of this condo was perfect for us, we walked all over Waikiki from here. Two blocks to the beach, tons of restaurants all around as well as shopping. We will definitely be back! Owner was very helpful and accommodating when we had a request.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks at the condo and had a great experience! Overall the Pacific Monarch s in a great location! Very close to the beach and the main Waikiki street Kalakaua. As for our condo it was fabulous! We have been going to Waikiki for a number of years and have stayed at the Pacific Monarch several times in the past. This condo was by far the best experience that we have had. The condo was clean, well equipped, and suited our needs perfectly. The condo has a large lanai with an amazing view of the ocean and Diamond Head. The property manager that we dealt with, Lani, was awesome. Answered our questions promptly and was always willing to help if required.Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this condo!

Lani was a great host and stay was great. Only downside was pool was closed during entire stay. The pool looks amazing and would have been great to use after the beach. We will stay again.
We came to town for my daughter’s UH graduation and stayed through Christmas! We loved the amazing views and location of the condo. It is a good size with comfortable beds. Well equipped with everything you need. Even beach towels & chairs. We loved watching the sunrise over the hills and the sunset over the ocean.
Carpet needs replacement. Bedroom hard tokeep as cool as rest of condo

If you want to stay somewhere that is a short walk to multiple shops, restaurants and even a beach. Then this is your spot.
Apartment old fashion furniture was so old windows are defective health issues with mold in bathroom tub, host was really nice but she need to fix that place major issues. We checkout in two days supposed to stay 9days, all the windows leaking water inside the apartment from rain and smell so bad. Not good for business for sure not using this app again their responsibility what they renting all the pictures are not same on website

The room overall was as described in the listing but there were 2 days of water disruption that was not told to us. The location was great and being able to use the chairs and umbrellas were helpful.
The property is in a prime position for any type of activity. Shopping and beach access are both just a few blocks away and fun food trucks are scattered throughout the neighborhood. Sitting on the lanai and relaxing while looking at the weather and enjoying the almost constant breeze from the valleys provided a great relaxing time. Lani was a responsive as one could hope for when questions arose. This is a super spot to stay.

The location of this condo cannot be beat, in the middle of the action and only a short walk to the beach.
The condo was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities.
The building itself has some nice amenities such as a nice lounge on the top floor, a sauna and a rooftop pool.
One thing to note is that the condo is right below the lounge and one night there was a party in the lounge that did cause a fair amount of noise in the condo. However the party was over by 9 PM so not a big deal in my opinion. At night the 'quiet hours' are respected by everyone in the building it seems, but of course being in the center of Waikiki there is sometimes street noise, especially police and ambulance sirens, that can be heard.
The property manager is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
Overall definitely recommended.
This gem had a stunning view and had all the details of away from home comfort.
