The property was not clean and very noisy. The apartment was in a state of disrepair. The bathroom (only) faucet sprayed everywhere when turned on. The apartment just was not what we expected. The location was fair and in walking distance to many eating establishments.

Easy check in and check out. The place is near the beach, abc store and public transpo. I would include it it my options when I come back to Waikiki.
This was a great location and the beach was about a 10-15 min walk. Only downside was parking if you have a car but parking structures and street parking are near if you really look. Other than that, it was nice and had the basics we needed to have a great stay. It was easy to get into the room with the code, water and ice machines were so helpful in the lobby, as well as the mini fridge and microwave in the room. I would stay again if I come back to Hawaii! Thank you!
All was as per the description- nice place to stay. Front desk attendants are all very nice. Parking is challenging and since it’s close to everything it can be noisy at night, both as expected.

Overall a great stay with a great location. Noisy atmosphere but as to be expected in a city. Cleanliness could have been better, and the sink sprayed every direction except down. As stated above, overall a great stay despite minor details.
The views from the balcony were great. You could see the ocean, Ala Wai canal and the mountains. It is centrally located in Waikiki within easy walking distance to everything.
The apartment was centrally located, clean and easily accessible. Communication with the landlord was extremely friendly, quick and helpful. We (two friends) spent a few days exploring Honolulu and the apartment was perfect for that!
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is centralized and very close to everything. Had a pleasant stay overall!
We were gone all day and only needed a place to crash at night. High enough to help keep the street noise down. I would add a small broom. Everything else was good.
Excellent property! The balcony provided such an amazing view of the island and the beach, and a nice area to hang out and relax especially at sunset and sunrise. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Huge plus for the kind size bed that was so comfy! The area was nice and safe and near basically anything you need. Only a 5 min walk to the Beach and there was plenty of restaurants and shopping to do all within walking distance as well. Would definitely book again if every coming back to Oahu and would definitely recommend for anyone coming to visit as well!!
We enjoyed the central location of the unit! We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! Communication with the host was quick and easy. Enjoyed our stay.
Our stay was wonderful, location is great, close to everything ,the view is spectacular. Check in was super easy and the hotel staff very nice if you have questions!! Just on or 2 things that should be done the windows were really dirty hard to see the beautiful view so I washed a few of them specially the patio door , that’s my reason for 4 stars on cleanliness, and they should supply a broom and dust pan. We had rain, went to the beach so gather some sands on our sandals by the end of the trip the floor was sandy and our bed got sands too!!
I would stay here again if I would comeback it’s affordable and the room had everything we needed

The reservation service was quick and follow-up was very expedient. The room was very basic but had a wonderful location and view. Could have benefitted from the addition of a comfortable internal chair or small sofa as well as a toaster. Definitely enjoyed the keyless entry convenience, complimentary daily newspaper, small but refreshing pool, lobby's Christmas decor, and friendly hotel staff. Air conditioning worked well as long as the unit blinds were kept closed during the heat of the day. The one downside was the lack of baggage storage on our last day but we were warned in advance and the hotel front desk staff provided us with contact information for a Waikiki area private storage business which was close and secure. Thanks for an enjoyable stay and we would certainly return on a future visit to Honolulu.
This is not a condo. Its a private room in a hotel. No hot plate or stove,, only microwave. Coffee and shampoo enough only for one day. Owner only gives enough to start your 1st day, then he asked you to buy your own supplies if staying more than one day (bad room service).

The room was a bit smaller than the pictures show, but it was clean, and they had what was needed. The room was hot during the day even with the air because you get the morning sun. We bought a fan to help, and it worked. So, if the owner could put a upright fan in there it would be a plus. You do get the breezes at night so that was nice. You were pretty much in walking distance to all you would want to see in Waikiki, which was convenient. From this room you get a small view of the ocean and the canal. As far as noise you heard traffic and the occasional person, otherwise not bad. Parking was stressful because we were never sure if we would have a spot when we finished our day, the lot is very small. We were lucky enough to have one when we came back though. There is a parking building nearby, but we were not sure where it was. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Overall, it fit our needs for our short stay, and we would recommend for a couple on vacation.
The property is near of restaurants, beach, mall, everything on walking distance. I’ll recommend
