Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetsking, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed. Taxes and cleanings extra.
Parking: Parking is available for $45 per day, payable upon arrival to Elite Parking.
We inspect every condo at every check out.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

The Condo was amazing. Everything we needed was provided. We loved staying there. The Condo wasn’t ready for our early checkin as planned but we were offered another room to stay in while we waited. We were given a refund for this.The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the bed that creaked every time you moved.

This room and the view were beyond spectacular! The entire room is modern. The A/C worked perfectly and was quiet enough for me to sleep soundly. The bed is comfortable! The living room area was cozy and comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and modern. Amazing view of the lagoon! Definitely plan to stay again here for future trips.

The room was very clean and newly refurbished.
Would have liked it a bit bigger, as the open sofa bed took up the majority of the space when open which left not alot of room to walk out onto the balcony area. The sofa bed for the kids was fine, but not comfortable for 2 grown adults. The king size bed was very comfortable.
The view of the lagoon and in general was amazing, but there was limited furniture to dine for a family of four both on the lanai and in the apartment.
Overall a pleasant stay, and would visit the property again..

This room provides enough of everything what you need including for children.
I was very happy with everything except the bed.
The bed is a memory foam which is too soft for me.
If only they have a hard foam mattress I will definitely will come back to this room.

The condo is a wonderful studio with comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen, and great views of Waikiki and the ocean. It is a great location for easy walks all over Waikiki. We will definitely stay here again!

This location was perfect for our first trip to hawaii! a good walking location to things right around, easy access to the beach (although the beach directly next to the condo had lots of rocky sand), ice cream/gift shop in the hotel. The condo was clean and came with 4 beach chairs and 2 beach towels. Very easy check in process.. just go right up and unlock the door! I was glad we rented a car to be able to adventure around at our own leisure because the area is very busy, overall, great stay for a good price!

Waking up to such an beautiful view was the highlight of our trip. We watched the submarine, tour boats, and surfers every morning on the balcony while drinking our coffee. The room was suitable for our needs. It was a little bigger than typical room in Waikiki with a full kitchen. Nothing overly fancy. Slightly dated, but not terrible. Comfortable beds and pillows with lots of towels and linens. There was free entertainment in the lobby on certain nights. There was local music and hula dancers. We plan to book again in the future.
