Exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, clean, centrally located.
The room is like my first studio apartment, except with two queen sized beds. It can fit 4 people but I wouldn't recommend it. Everything was within walking distance: beach, restaurants, shops, etc. No beach view but it's only 2 minutes away. The host was very communicative and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
Location and host were amazing. Our unit definitely needs an upgrade; dripping tub, plumbing, cabinets.
The property location was great, no issues with the room. Towels, beach chairs, umbrella provided, was awesome!! The only issue was that the bathroom was small, outdated fixtures and uncomfortable and lacked air ventilation.

The location of the property is great - close to the beach, shopping, variety of food choices. A bit tight place for a family of 4 but it was enough for us since we didn't stay a lot of time indoors and spent just 2 nights in the unit
The location is excellent - close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.The listing indicates two queen beds, but they are two full size mattresses on queen frames. This made for nasty bumps into the corners of the frames multiple times.The entire room needs updating. Furniture is old and scratched, the bathroom fixtures are very out of date.The room was clean except for the shower. There appears to be black mold in the caulk around the shower. There are an extremely limited amount of kitchen utensils, but we ate out anyway so it wasn't an issue for us. There are two SLOW elevators, so head for checkout a little early.The parking garage had an opening for us at 40/nt, but our vehicle was too tall for the space, so we wound up walking 3 to 6 blocks to find a parking space or garage. If you park along the canal, it's free.We did not see a carbon monoxide detector, but there was a smoke alarm and sprinkler system in the room.Beds were on the firm side.

The room was absolutely perfect for my family's visit. The location is within walking distance of plenty of things to do including the beach and restaurants.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was thoughtfully stocked with items such as beach chairs and towels. We were able to find free street parking by the Ala Wai canal each day we were there.
The host was great about responding to any messages we sent in a very courteous and prompt manner.

Very impressed. Loved the place the pool area was wonderful and the food we purchased there at night was fantastic
The location was fantastic! However the room is not updated cabinets are falling apart, the hot water faucet on the bath tub is stripped so hard to get the hot water on. The beds are uncomfortable. However the host was very kind
Its was a nice place. Beds are very firm. Just don't like the fact you have to pay for more toiletries and wash towels and beddingif you want refresh. 6 days with 4 girls and only 3 rolls of toilet paper, not a good combo. Overall had a great time.
This property was very close beach and everythinv in Waikiki. Though the room needs some TLC such as new curtains. Had some moldy spots on them. that didn’t bother us as we didn’t spend much time in the room so we didn’t need to complain. The pool was great and it was great having laundry in the hotel. (Extra cost)
Would definitely stay again but definitely owners should put a little love back into the room for the amount you spend a night.
We really liked the location as it was close to Waikiki beach & the place where we met for the tours. We didn't have any hot water the first 3 day & couldhave used a few more towels. The pool area was very nice.
The condo was nice but kind of dated. Would definitely stay again tho. I do wish parking was available on the property, we had to park an average of 5 blocks away and pay $25 per day.

Property location was great. The room could have been cleaner. Furniture was old. Just needs to be better kept/upgraded. However for the price could not complain much.
Love the place really nice hotel, just the hallway has a weird smell and the card key for the hotel room kept jamming so I had to keep asking the front desk workers to give me a new one. The workers at the hotel are so nice !
Very quick walk to beach, food, area attractions. The room is clean but in poor/disappointing condition with minimal amenities.
