Check-in was super easy. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. The accommodation was in a great, central location. The shower fittings are broken. The toilet wobbles when used. It says there are three bedrooms online when booking, but there are only two. The third bed is in the living room. Not ideal for families with small children, as the husband is very concerned about traffic and noise.Balcony needs repairs
Good size & close to beach. About 10 min walk. Only complaint is the noise level. A lot of noise comes through the windows and doesn't stop till late at night. Other than that, overall the place was great.

The overall experience was just okay. The condo is on a very busy corner so noise can be a problem if looking to relax. The furniture all looked new as well as most of flooring. There is really old router for internet and tv. The router kept overheating and we could not watch tv. The fire stick was nice except it wouldn’t work either bc the router was intermittent. I would have preferred some tables in living area. No where to sit your drinks but floor. The bathroom shower has been remodeled which was nice. The rest of the bathroom was not cleaned properly when we arrived. The wall coming in had spills, the floor needs steamed. The door had fingerprints all around the handle. The ceiling had a leak at one point and ceiling tiles needed replaced. Blinds in king room also had spills on them. Overall I guess the place just ok. But very noisy! Also we had a rental which could not be parked on the property. We needed to find parking which added 80 to our stay.
Location was noisy as the condo was on the second floor on the end close to 7 11 and 24 hour laundry mat. Busy intersection. Needed to use provided ear plugs to sleep. Bathroom needs to be updated. Upon arrival the handle to the shower fell off and the shower curtain was half of the width needed. Alyssa corrected the next day.The bonus was the location. Waikīkī Brewing was a 2 minute walk.and has good beer and casual vibe

The location put us pretty near everything, but with it comes the traffic noise. Missing a can opener but otherwise well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Could benefit from a good cleaning and shower repairs.
The listing of this property is exactly how it is in real life! The property manager was amazing with responding to any questions we had! The only downside was no parking included.
I will start by saying that the price of this rental was not the worst, so if price is your primary concern it is worth considering. The location was also nice with lots to see and do nearby. Parking was a major hassle. The beds are rock hard. The handle in the shower is broken. The street noise is VERY high all night. The unit has almost nothing in regards to kitchen essentials. Had to buy coffee filters as there weren’t even any of those. Just generally run down with mold behind and around the sink, a heavily stained hanging ceiling in the bathroom and hot bedrooms as the AC only cools the living room and kitchen.
The location was ideal; just outside of downtown and within walking distance of most things. The VRBO was as pictured.
Unfortunately, we had to wait almost an hour outside of the VRBO at midnight waiting for the host to answer our phone calls and messages. The host had given incorrect information for check-in, and once we finally got a hold of him, he did not offer an apology. Further, no information was provided on check-out, despite repeatedly asking for clarification around the same. Emails and messages were ignored, so we did what we could to check-out.
Adequate communication and proper management of check-in/out processes would have much improved our rating.
Nice neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfectly located and in walking distance of beach, restaurants and shops. My family was very comfortable here. The entrance to the building does involve going up a short flight of stairs.
Awesome little spot in Waikiki. Close to everything. Walking distance from the beach. Fun shops and dining all around. Overall lovely place, would recommend to anyone.
Had a little water on the floor problem when we checked in. I sent pictures and the owners were there in 20 minutes
and got it cleaned up and straightened out quickly.

Stayed here for a week celebrating one of my daughter's graduation..not only was the accomodations clean & comfortable, we were pleasantly surprised to find how many of the local attractions were within walking distance. We spent the majority of the mornings & afternoons on excursions or at the beach, relaxed at the room for a while, before heading back out on foot to find dinner. It was a very enjoyable stay.
A very nice perk was the Britta water jug that was provided. We used it religiously and appreciated every drop of water we didn't have to purchase. Very thoughtful!
It was a good place to stay but the AC was down a for few days. The communication was great and staff was helpful. They even discounted the stay so would stay again.
Fine enough, the worst parts of this are the noise, the central air conditioning (inoperable), and some concerns about security. Cleaning staff have the unlock codes for the lockboxes containing keys and will occasionally go through them for access in order to do final clean -outs. Management was quick to reply with our questions, though, and the unit came fully prepared with amenities. Very suitable for a budget stay. Earplugs recommended, between chickens and the occasional police presence next door.
Clean rooms and comfortable enough for small family. Short walk to the beach and close to all things Waikiki. Parking is not available on property so be prepared to park at the Monarch around the corner ~$40 for 24 hours. This property is a bit dated so some minor updates could be put in place. The blinds in the primary room need some work, the louver window latches are in need of repairs, towel rack in the one bathroom needs fixing, and the garbage chute on site was chuck full. The rest of the amenities were all good with no pests or roaches noted however, there is a rooster that gets up early by the 7/11 next door but didn’t bother me as I’m a early riser. Decent breezy balcony view to Kalakaua and McCully and overall nice spot for the rate.
When we checked in the place looked like it had mold on the ceiling and in the vents. The futon/couch and blinds were also broke I worked with the property manager in finding another place but it was temporary. I was there for a work conference and was not able to attend the first day of the conference because I needed to find another place to stay.
We had a great time at this VRBO. It was clean and easy to access. It also was in a great location and Alyssa, the host, responded to all our questions. We highly recommend this place!
Loved everything about the stay, only hard part was parking but ended up parking at a neighboring hotel the monarch, did add to the stay 40$ a night but it was relatively close so I didn't mind.
