We stayed at the Landmark for an extended time. The building is very well tended to and beautiful. The location was great and we could walk everywhere. The pool is also beautiful. The management company, Alli Beach Rentals, was also wonderful and I highly recommend going thru that company for a rental. The only negative was the unit. It was old and not in good shape. It was very sparse. There were stains on the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. The furniture was often in disrepair and not comfortable. It seems that very little thought was given for any comfort for the renter.

2BR/2BA is great- place had every thing we needed. Location is close to everything. Great pool - except we got caught in their pool maintenance downtime (3 weeks). Nice parking Rita/Gabby took care of everything for me. I would definitely use Ali’i Beach rental again
