This property is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Set moments from Waikiki Beach and offering easy access to a variety of area attractions, this condominium features spacious accommodations along with a variety of modern and thoughtful amenities.
The Imperial Hawaii Resort at Waikiki is surrounded by numerous shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment options. The hotel also offers sports equipment rentals, including golf and tennis, for nearby recreational activities.

Guests staying at the Imperial Waikiki can enjoy in-room flat-screen TVs, mini-refrigerators and coffeemakers. The hotel also offers on-site a restaurant and outdoor swimming pool plus saunas and jacuzzi.

This is my timeshare and as such, I am guaranteed the room type (as described) but not the location or floor. As my guest though, you have Owner's access to the 27th floor Owners lounge for FREE!.

A fascinating place that has special events throughout the week (Most are free) and is also a terrific place to enjoy wrap around balcony views of the beautiful Waikiki beach.

Excellent for watching Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village and the opposite side, amazing views of Diamond head.

Waikiki is a great choice for travelers interested in surfing, relaxation and beaches.
This property also has one of the best-rated locations in Honolulu! Guests are happier about it compared to other properties in the area.

You can only rent my timeshare for 7 days. Price is fixed for a 7 day period. You do not have to stay all 7 days but it will not change the price.

For each of the seven days you will be staying as the reservation booked through Vrbo you will pay a timeshare tax of $14.78 per day. (Honolulu tax rule)

For parking there is a special rate we get and so do our guests. for 7 days it is $100 and per day it is $20.

A short walk to the beach, a view of the ocean from the balcony, a functional kitchen, and access to the 26th floor owners lounge for Friday fireworks made this a great place to stay. The owner made the process easy. Looking forward to staying again.

We Loved our vacay! We were well taken care of by the Imperial! Helpful Friendly and even gave us boogie boards for use while were were there! Room is small but we didnt go to hang out in the room! It was myself, hubby, and Mom. We gave her the bedroom as it was really too small for 2. We slept on the murphy bed so it worked fine for us.

Property was ideally located so we didn’t need a car. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed using the lounge - it has beautiful views and the pool table is fun. Unit was as described and shown in the photos and there was a partial ocean view from the balcony.

Great from the get go!

Steve was wonderful thru the booking process and because we wanted an extension, he made that happen. When we arrived we asked for early checkin and we were lucky to come back in the hour and the place was ready. Plenty of room, great views, very happy and yes will be back. Bonus to this stay was we got to go to the Members lounge on 26th floor, great for drinks, fireworks or just to chill.

Location, location, location! Best spot to be close to beach and shops. We were happy with our Palm unit which was a one bedroom with 2 full baths. The living room had the lanai with a murphy bed AND a sofabed. Perfect for our teen and tween. The kitchen had a stove that we didn't use and a fridge. The entire unit is small, but it suited us just fine. The 26th floor has an owners lounge which we used almost everyday. I used the area to make breakfast. The Imperial Waikiki is right above a big ABC store!and one block from Royal Hawaiian center. WI staff were wonderful. We truly enjoyed our trip.
