I booked this baded on price. Overall, i was happy with the unit because of location. It does need some tender loving care to make it a better place to stay. I would rent agsin provided i only had two people and did not need a secondary bed (please replace that lousy futon). If you have two people only seeking a place to sleep at night, this is for you. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !
Great Cozy Spot on the Eastern end of Waikiki!Great spot for any fellow volleyball players as well! With 'generally' open volleyball courts set up daily right in front of the Hotel!
This was a “no frills” type of place but knew it would be at the price point. I felt like it was an incredible value - the location alone makes it unmatched and we had absolutely no complaints with the service and comfort of the unit. Would recommend!
The properry overall was nice, 2 minute walk to the beach, close to 2 ABC stores which have damn near everything that you'll need for your stay.
numerous options for restaurants, also have Uber eats if thats what you want to do.
The room did provide beach towels, chairs and boogie boards, an iron and a small ironing table, which was almost useless.
What i didn't like, specific to the room was:
It says it can sleep 3, well, it was myself, and 2 boys, 23 and 17 years old.
The room was so small, it would only be suitable for 1 person. The bed was a double, barely enough room for me and my youngest son, and my oldest was on the couch which wasnt too comfortable.
Not a table to eat at, only 1 real seat to put some food onto, on the counter next to the sink. The internet wasnt working in our room despite the best efforts of the gentelman working the front desk.
Maybe i didnt see how small the room was when i booked it, because it says sleeps 3, and i had no idea it was going to be approximately 150 sq ft.
I would not advise this room for more than 1 person, even a couple would find this room to be small amd cramped.
Waikiki beach was fine, except when you enter into the ocean, it qas full of rocks, coral that just ripped your feet apart. They are everywhere and so unpredictable on the size that i found it to be not even worth the effort to swim or catch some waves.
Overall, experience was fine, doibtful that id return as Kauai is a much better overall experience.
It was close to the beach and the people in the complex and front desk were very friendly. The room is small and outdated. We didn't swim in pool because it was old and dirty
We loved staying at this room. It was perfectly located near the beach and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Very quiet and cozy.
Good location, no Internet/no WiFi and no cleaning of the room even though the property was rented for a week and a half.
Older property but very clean, convenient and secure condo.
Love the walkability of the area, and how close it is to literally everything. The staff were super helpful and patient. The room itself had a little wear and tear, but it had everything we needed and more.
Would definitely come back.
The location was excellent however the property was a bit rundown. Some of the lights didn’t work and were unable to be repaired. Instead we were advised by the maintenance person to avoid using it. The floor lamp was also not working and even when the bulb was changed the lamp could only be turned on and off by unplugging.
Over all this property was great! Parking was a bit tight and room was on the small side but otherwise it was great!

We loved every bit of it, we were barely in the room because we were so busy doing whatever our Birthday boy wanted to do! Last day before we checked out, we got to actually spend time before we left the facility! Would book here again! Loved that it was right next to the zoo, we got ti walk across the street after eating breakfast at denny’s. It was all top tier for us! Our first time as a family to travel & celebrate our boy! Didnt really need to talk to Mark during our stay because everything was perfect, but before we even flew in, he was very good at communicating!
I love it! It was prefect for my family that spent most the time on the beach.
Hard to park the car. The futon is not kind of broken and the extra sheets are not ready. Thanks
This small but cozy apartment was perfect. we had spent a week in a hotel and wanted to extend out stay. this location is absolutley perfect, The park is adjacent to the property, the zoo across the street. The pier, a n area in the ocea that is a safe place to allow children to swim without fear of getting too far out.
The area has an elevator that make it easy to access the floors, a laundry in the basement, and a sun deck on the roof that has the most beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Thank you for an afordable safe place to spend our additional week in Wakiki.

Everything was just as described. Pretty basic, simple checkin/out process, they were quick to respond to any requests or questions I gad during my stay. Highly recommended.
This was a good stay. Loved the location, the price and the size was reasonable. Only reason it wasn’t an excellent stay was the blinds in the room don’t block the beaming lights from outside. It was pretty bright at night while trying to sleep. Switch out those terrible worthless blinds and it’s five stars all around. The accordion door to the bathroom was a pain too.
Make sure you go up to the 10th floor patio, beautiful views of Diamond Head and the beach.
Amazing location! The room was clean and as expected!
