Parking was secure, but not super easy to park. A/C in main area was ok a fan of some sort would help circulate the cooler air. View was exactly as described. The host was very responsive. The only real downfall was there was only 1 working elevator and it was super slow.
Ideal place to stay everything is on your doorstep. Would definitely stay here again.
Overall, this is a great place to stay in Waikiki. I would recommend it to friends and family if they were determined to stay in Honolulu.O'ahu, as a whole, is a bit overpriced as far as the islands are concerned, and I think it has to do with it being the biggest tourist destination. Unfortunately, this includes this property. I think the place should be charging maybe 80% of what it's charging now, but I could say the same for the whole island. This isn't a read on the owner - they are priced to market - just an observation for those considering O'ahu.The view of the ridge from the patio is lovely, and you can just make out the ocean from one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the ocean view bedroom also has the upper floors able to look into your room, so we opted to keep the curtains drawn. You are a 15 minute walk from Kahanamoku beach, which is an excellent spot outside of the Hilton Hawaiian Village, so ocean views are not really necessary.The place is well-stocked, and the onsite condo manager is quick to respond if you find anything is missing (we were missing trash bags). Laundry is shared by the floor and costs 6 per load (3 per wash, 3 per dry). We noticed some bugs, but this is to be expected on a tropical island.To reiterate: great place to stay, if a little overpriced for what you get. I can't give 5 stars because it didn't blow me away like a couple other places I've stayed, but I think the vast majority of travelers will be very pleased here.
Convenient location for a great price! The host was very kind and accommodating and we liked having beach towels and accessories (and aloe) available for our stay, as well as a parking spot. The space is not large, but it was exactly what we needed and having the communal laundry right around the corner was convenient.
Monica was wonderfully responsive when we had questions. Comfortable beds, and unit was well-supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Thoughtful touches included disposable rain ponchos and beach towels. Loved the balcony with view of mountains and the canal.
Great walkable location. Walked to Friday fireworks, Waikiki beach, stores, food and shopping. Having access to assigned parking was convenient also as parking in the area appeared to be very limited. Really enjoyed the units air conditioning. Property had plenty of "extra" items around (ie. coffee, shampoo, lotion, etc) in case you ran out or forgot something. Definitely appreciated the boogie boards, beach umbrellas, extra beach towels and camp chairs that were available for our use. Also, this unit was very close to an available washer/dryer. It was an end unit so there was not unknown foot traffic coming past our door and no next-door neighbors. You could see the ocean from the front door, and we had a great view of the canal from our balcony & living room. Balcony had table & chairs also. Excellent communication with the managers of this specific unit.
Condo was great! Need to replace the missing window in the kitchen. Parking was awesome. Pool was very cold. Loved all the amenities in the residence. Site manager was fantastic! Appreciated the evening and night security person. Communication with owner was fast and accurate. She really cared. Loved the balcony and all the views. Close to everything.

We had a fantastic stay! There was a great view of the river and the mountains. The host was great and responded quickly to a question I had. There were beach supplies for us to use which was a great surprise! The building is very secure with a guard up front at all times. Highly recommend for families. It was a great alternative to paying for two hotel rooms. It was also within walking distance from the beach, shops, and restaurants. We rented a car for a couple of days to drive around the island, but we were good without the rental for the rest of the trip.
We loved this apartment! It was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities and supplies we weren’t anticipating including beach stuff. The host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely book here again!
Property was a good location to Honolulu and Waikīkī. Staff was very friendly. Check in process was a bit complicated, but we eventually got in. TV package was not as advertised was very limited. Accommodation very basic but we did enjoy the stay. Friendly staff made up for any shortcomings

Fabulous location at the gateway to Waikīkī. Close to Ala Moana park/beach, shopping center, Hilton Hawaiian Village/ Friday fireworks. Easy in and out of Waikīkī with less traffic. Two bedroom apartment on the tenth floor was perfect. Nice morning sun with beautiful views of Manoa valley and the Koolau mountains. A/C was perfect for a comfortable stay/sleep after a day in the sun. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were fantastic, flexible and responsive when we had a last minute change. Would recommend.

Very cozy and met the needs of two people staying there. Everything we needed was provided! Beds were very comfortable! It was very quiet except for the wind that rattled the sliding door.
This was my first stay in Hawaii. I was very pleased with the condo unit. It had everything we needed. The views were as shown, ocean from one direction, canal from the other. Both beautiful, in my opinion. I got answers to my questions and concerns about the rental process or what to do in particular situations in a very timely manner. It was in excellent condition on the interior. The beds were comfortable. There was a fair amount of traffic noise, However, the individual AC units helped mask it creating white noise for sleeping. We were really glad to have parking on the premises. And, we both liked having a convenience store nearby.The downside to this stay is more in the facility itself. Older building. Only one of the two elevators worked, resulting in lines during the busiest parts of each day. There was seldom staff found at the lobby desk. Not necessary, perhaps, but would have come in handy on more than one occasion. Personally, have not stayed in a place where the door to the pool area locks you in there, can't get back into lobby without your key fob. And, the lobby bathroom had a combination that I had to wait for days to get--once someone was at the front desk. That would have been very handy to have as well, especially when the lines for the elevator were long. Overall, I would recommend this VRBO unit. The things that were lovely and convenient outweigh the inconveniences, and lack of amenities one might usually take for granted.
We loved how comfortable and cozy the condo was. We stayed for 2 weeks and it became our home away from home. The sound of traffic and sirens at night didn’t really bother us with A/C units in the bedroom that drowned it out. The condo literally is right in the heart of downtown Waikiki so we were close to everything and could just walk everywhere including the beach. We rented a car since the condo provides parking. It’s compact parking so make sure you rent a sedan or compact SUV. We will definitely would love to stay here again when we come back.
The condo unit is lovely, bedding and linens were clean and plentiful, beds were comfy so were the pillows they provided extra beach towels and beach toys, location is good just remember you are in the City and it’s going to be noisy, the food trucks across the street are awesome and the location is the perfect starting point for any adventures or close enough to just walk down to the beach or any number of places to eat including a market with ready to eat deli.I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a good deal.
Really impressed with the property, and with Monica and Diana . Communication was excellent, property was clean and had everything you needed! Every time I thought, Gee I wonder if they have X (for example, a step stool for my 4 year old to use in the bathroom) they had it! Everything was thought of! There was a cooler for the beach, some toys/ beach towels in the deckbox. The kitchen had everything you could think of, including a rice cooker :) . This was great for me as I can't eat out much due to allergies!Beds were very comfortable, there were an assortment of different firmness of pillows so everyone was happy. I have three children (less than 9 years old), so they stayed in the larger of the two rooms with 2 kids in the Queen Bed and the third in the foldout cot in the same room. There was central A/C we used at night and were perfectly comfortable using just this, but there were portable A/C units if we needed more, but with the island breezes we hardly needed anything.The on-site laundry-room is very near the unit which was very convenient. The parking spot was very useful, it was secure and just large enough to fit the minivan. My tip is to get your vehicle in reverse so that it's easy getting out the next time. Location was very convenient as a base camp for getting to various locations across the island. There is traffic, at night it's too noisy to have the windows open. Early morning is OK, enjoy your coffee on the patio :)
The property was in a very central position as we had stayed close by before Monica and Diane who supported us during our stay were very responsive to our messages and any small things that needed attention. We will most definitely recommend and definitely be back.
We had a fun stay at this condo. We had two separate bedrooms and my son slept on an inflatable full sized mattress. Location was great. We walked to middle of Waikiki within 15 minutes. Having its own gated parking space saved a lot of money. Great view of the canal and mountains from the lanai. Kitchen was well stocked and the Bathroom had plenty of leftover shampoo, soap and sunblock from previous visitors. Take a look at them before you buy anything. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. Monica was helpful with checking in. The building manager checked on us in midweek to see if we any extra towels. the laundry is available on the same floor next to our unit. 7/11 is an easy 2-3 minute walk from the building if you needed something quickly. Why we couldn’t give it a 5(I give it a 4.5 *) is two things: 1. The location and plantation and windows don’t allow for a quiet overnight. You definitely will hear loud cars and motorcycles coming down the street. I would recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. 2. The pool is pretty small and not a place the kids would want to spend time in. Overall. Great value.
The condo was clean, well equipped and very functional. We enjoyed being able to walk to beaches and shopping. It was also fun to watch the canoes in the canal and the baseball games on the field. We would return to the property if we come back to the island.
This property is close to the beach and lots of shopping within walking distance. It is well stocked and clean. Having a parking spot was a bonus!
This was our first time in Hawaii, and it did not disappoint! Location was close to everything. Laundry on site. A secure building. Communication with the owner/manager team was amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming! They were fast with every response, and checked in throughout our stay. I would highly, highly recommend this location!
We needed a place close to the conference center and this place also had everything we needed for a fun stay near the tourist attractions.
The property is exactly as described. Nice, small, convenient apartment with security and an awesome parking spot! Beds were oh so comfy and the sheets smelled really nice when we crawled in exhausted from our day's adventures. Our hosts were super-responsive when we had an issue even though it was a holiday weekend - so appreciated.
Others commented about the noise - yes, there is city noise at all hours. Waikiki is a busy area of Honolulu and noise common to larger cities (cars, motorcycles, sirens) should be expected.

We enjoyed our time in Hawaii with our three teenage daughters. This was a great place to stay and was close to everything without having to be in the middle of downtown. Having an assigned parking space was a plus! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. All the sights we wanted to see were either within walking distance or a short drive away. Definitely a great place to stay!
The property is small but perfect size for my family of 3. It was located near a group of food trucks and an ABC store which made it convenient for those days that we didn't feel like driving. The exterior of the building is old but the condo was nice and clean. The host, Mae, stopped by and asked if everything was ok.
Property was exactly as described and so nice to look over the canals, plus see the locals play on the field. We were out most days so didn't take advantage of the pool, but the beds were comfy, parking spot was convenient, and the location was perfect given it's central location. Would recommend to others!
