The location was perfect for us, and the food across the street was absolutely bomb!The room is a bit outdated, but for the price—and for our small group just staying the night—it totally worked.The host was super easy to communicate with, which made things way easier than dealing with the front desk staff!

The location of this property is fantastic as it is only a few hundred yards from Waikiki Beach. There is a lot do close by, and you probably don't need a car unless you are getting out of the Waikiki area. We slept 6 of us just fine and the kitchen was sufficient when we wanted to take a break from eating out.
Overall this property was just what we needed! We were on island for a family event -military retirement. I chose it because it had enough beds, was close to the beach and had parking. We had to spend a lot of time outside of Waikiki, but this was more affordable. I liked having a full size refrigerator. I was surprised to not find a book with instructions and guidelines, the wifi info. I felt like I was texting Reny all the time, but Reny answered all of my many questions in a timely manner.My negatives from the trip are not really under Reny's control, but I feel like it is good to include here for future visitors who are choosing this property for the same reasons I did. The lanai is not wide enough for a chair. The parking price is more than listed on the VRBO description (35 not 28). The parking lot is ridiculously small, so I had trouble every night parking the SUV we required for 5 adult-size people. The last night, there were no spots so I ended up having to pay an additional 60 to park at International Marketplace for overnight parking. I feel like the front desk could not help in any way - they were snippy because "it's not their lot". I understand that but at 10:30 at night after yet another offsite obligation, I just wanted to park. I also am not happy that I was told to pay for 4 days of parking (our stay there) but a spot was never guaranteed. Overall a good spot for a family who is staying in Waikiki the whole time.
Good location, a couple blocks from the beach, nice street with plenty of shops/food. Building parking is tight and 35/day. 6th floor had OK views. Everything was very clean, beds worked for the kiddos. Not sure how I could have missed the dishwasher listed under amenities, also would have been nice to have a couple more plates/silverware.Our biggest disappointment with our stay (end of Dec '24) was that the rooftop pool was closed until I believe some time in February and that wasn't communicated to us prior. That was one of the biggest selling points to us when we booked, and had we known would have likely stayed somewhere else. There was a neighboring hotel with a pool available to use during this time, but not quite the same appeal.
Good location- setup of unit worked well for family of four and two grandparents. This unit desperately needs updating. It is VERY loud outside at night. Better, heavy drapery would help a lot. Knives need sharpening and teal chair and leather chair need replacing. Installing a fan in the dining room instead of fixture that’s there would help circulation. Air conditioning can barely keep up. Also, beach chairs not in good working order.
We stayed here with my family of five for a destination wedding and vacation. We loved it! The location was perfect, and we could walk to the beach and even see it from the balcony! It was centrally located to Oahu attractions like 15 minutes to the Diamond Head Volcano hike, 20 minutes to Manoa falls and also close to the wedding we attended at Haiku Gardens! We were able to get parking right in the building and I thought the price was fair. You will always have to pay for parking in a big city no matter where you travel to. I had no issues with noise and my teenagers thought the city views were really cool! We slept very comfortably. The roof top hot tub and pool were definitely perks and we took advantage of the sauna and pool table in the hospitality room as well. The place was clean. The clerks were friendly and helpful. The host was very attentive to our needs and questions. I would definitely stay here again!
The location was perfect for our teenagers. They were able to beach and enjoy the night life. The condo had chairs and umbrellas which were perfect for us. The rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing! We had an issue with the AC and the owners came promptly to fix and were so kind! Highly recommend this place!
To start with I went to check in and the front desk had no clue who I was, So my information was never forwarded to them. (I paid well in advance ) I was about to leave after waiting almost 40 minutes and then the host FINALLY sent my information. This was when we were about to leave after not hearing anything from the host. So we finally get checked in MIND you we just flew 6 hours have a 23 month old toddler and 9 year old that are crying and very hungry tired and they just wanted to watch cartoons and eat. Once we got in the room there were thangs that were filthy and the maid needs to go through training to say the least. The living room curtains don’t close all the way so the lights that never go off blind you all night long. The beds are so very uncomfortable & then there’s the fun, fun constant motorcycles racing up and down the street all night long. If you do go to Pacific Monarch make sure you go up to the 20th to 30th floor otherwise you will not have a quiet relaxing vaccinations. I honestly am looking forward to a comfortable bed and no noise!!!! I feel cheated because I was so looking forward to wonderful relaxing stay and my room and lack of communication was not a good start of my vacation. I guess you live and learn.

Proximity to shopping and dining - very close, walking distance. Neighborhood is a tad bit noisy, but not too bad. Building is old, lacking some amenities. Pool area is great. Unit was clean. 6 of us stayed comfortably, more towels would have been nice.
Clean and plenty of room to sleep the 5 of us. With the cost of eating out it was nice to make a few meals in the kitchen. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Very secure building. Would stay again.
Great stay a short walk from Waikiki beach! Tons of great food options and shopping within walking distance. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had about our stay and the condo was very accommodating for my family of 4. The kids enjoyed the roof top pool. Again, the location of this condo is amazing, not right on the beach so you aren’t right in the hustle and bustle of all that’s going on if you don’t want to be but the short 2 minute walk to and from is nothing!
The location is amazong if you are wanting to enjoy downtown and the beach. Everything is within walking distance, and the best beach location is just a 3 minute walk away. The only problem is that ot is loud, especially if you sleep in the front room. The bedroom allows for a good night's sleep, but the front room has a glass window thay functions like blinds, so they dont close up all the way. That allows a lot of noise from the street into that front room. Not a problem if youre a night owl or heavy sleeper, but if you want to go to sleep before 10pm, you will be woken up by every car and drunk person on the street until midnight. Not the worst thing, especially if you are only using the bedroom; but if youre going to put someone in the front room, make sure theyre the heaviest sleeper. I switched with my daughter after the second noght, and we both slept fine for tge last 2 days. Another thing to keep in mind with parking is that the parking stru ture and spots are small, so if youre renting a car, dont get anything too big. We had a Jeep Wrangler, and that is the biggest thing I'd want to take in there. Also, the parking fee is $35 a night, not $28. Not a huge deal, but good to know for those who are budgeting their trip. With thay said, we loved our stay. It was a great location for my two girls and I to crash in between our adventures.
