The condo was clean and offered breathtaking views. It was conveniently located near the beach, with numerous excellent dining options. Additionally, it was close to everything else you might need. The free parking was a significant plus. The host was responsive. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay.
We love the location. However. The minute we tried to get into our room we had issues. The door lock with the combination was very much a pain. You would have to try the combination multiple times and spin the knob before you could actually get in. When we walked into our room, it was obvious that it was not Cleaned completely. With trash bag and dirty sheets on the counter. There was only a few towels. The bathroom was not clean.
Perfect room to spend some time on the island. The lanai was perfect to enjoy morning tea and evening mai tais. The included parking was a life saver while renting a car to enjoy the island. The bed was so comfy. I would highly recommend. Highly recommend
Our family of four loved the condo we stayed at in Illikai! It was beautiful and clean. Its close to Waikiki, but just enough out of the way that the beaches are a little quieter. Great beach for kids a short walk away. We took the city bus to Waikiki beach, then rode the trolley all around town. The condo is also a short walk to the largest outdoor mall with tons of shops (my teenage girls loved that!) We watched the fireworks from our condo balcony on Friday night, which were awesome! There is a great coffee shop/breakfast cafe in the lobby of the building and a delicious hot dog stand and food cart a short walk away as well. We would definitelt stay here again!

The view was superb and we loved being close to the beach so we could just walk down on Friday night and watch the fireworks from the Hilton next door! Everything worked great and the view was the best.
The sunshine and warmth here is an amazing experience! This property was a great place to come “home” to after a day exploring the island! Tour drivers were all familiar with the property and picked us up each time at the doorstep. The view each morning and evening from the lanai was also amazing. The condo is well-equipped and comfortable. Communication was prompt when needed. Parking included is also a bonus! Would certainly recommend this property!
Stayed at this condo for a full week. Perfect location with all amenities and beaches close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Bed was comfy and what looked like a new pull down sofa large fridge freezer for beers… great views to watch the Friday night fireworks too.
This is our 2nd time at the Ilikai. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The room was clean, the only thing we requested the day we got there was new pillows and they delivered. The room has a box fan in case anyone was looking like us.
Condo was clean, comfortable, and had some great views. Pictures are pretty accurate. The parking permit that comes with the condo is a definite plus. Great location as well. 5 stars all the way.
Great spot for a family vacation. Condo was equipped with all the basics, new couch pull out bed for the teens, beautiful balcony views of the ocean /lagoon that are shaded all day long. We had some small issues that were quickly resolved with their easy communication group. Great stay, would definitely rent again.
We had a great time. Room was as described. We love the Ilikai and loved the room and the view. Walked to lagoon and beach. We loved cooking in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. So close to everything and can walk all over. Mgr Stevie was very responsive & resolved A/C issue quickly. My family will definitely come back when we stay in town. Mahalo
The property is in a prime location to walk everywhere! The condo was clean, comfortable and everything we could ask for. We definitely plan to come back!!
We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! The location is amazing, everything we expected from seeing the listing was accurate. It was a lovely option to rent a condo in Honolulu vs. staying in a hotel, so if that’s what you’re considering I’d highly recommend this building. It’s also a condo/hotel in one so there’s shops in the hotel, if that’s something you’re looking for (and lots of shopping near by). It’s an older hotel, things like the bathroom aren’t as updated as some, but absolutely nothing wrong with it. Bed was super comfy and views amazing. Parking is included which is a huge bonus, but my only recco is to make a note prior to check in that you have to drive to the reserved level. We were able to drive into level A, which is valet, and were driving around the whole area unsure of how to park - slightly clearer parking instructions would be helpful! Also, a note that there is recycling in the building and it would be nice to have a bin for that separately so when you toss everything out you can separate it.
Nice condo, super comfy bed. Convenient to down town within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
Great location for shuttles and Ubers making touring very easy
