Me and my friends loved staying here. The location is amazing, right next to all the food and cafes, not far from the beach as well. There’s also free parking and security in the lobby 24/7. It definitely has all the basics for a good stay. The pool was awesome as well. If you need somewhere more affordable to stay that has most of the things you need this is definitely the place. Will be coming back for sure!

Best part about the property: location, parking, 24-hour lobby security, shower water pressure and rapid communication with property manager. At one point the TV was down and they sent the property manager to assist within 30min after I emailed the concern.
Now, the critiques:
1. Construction & Recreation Deck. 1 week before I flew out, I received an email that the pool/jacuzzi and outdoor recreation center would not be available during my 2-months stay due to renovation. When I arrived, they failed to inform me the construction would be conducted outside the apartment window since the deck is on the same floor as the apartment. I didn’t receive any form of discount or return for the inconvenience.
2. Cleanliness/Listing Accuracy. Upon arrival, it quickly became apparent how exaggerated the staged photos were in the listing. The bathroom ceiling vent had dust and grime from years of usage and not cleaned. Ladles we’re broken, some appliances were inoperable (I.e hot water kettle was barely functioning and Keurig had to be descaled) and both bedroom & a kitchen drawer was jammed or could barely open. The listing is for 4 people but there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Correction: it had a fitted sheet, but no additional pillows and comforter which I ended up purchasing. The sofa, and weird microfiber/mohair bedding/comforter on the twin beds were dirty. They felt like there was a texture of grime in which you needed to add a sheet to keep clean. Some items I wound up investing into the apartment: deep dish bowls, water filter, Keurig descale solution, new bedding for the couch bed, and pillows.
3. Noise. The walls are THIN. So thin, that while you are in the living room, you can hear the flip flops of your neighbors walking down the hallway. For some reason during my stay, both the next door and upstairs neighbors were doing some work on their apartments. But there were days that I had to escape to a coffee shop to work.
4. Older TV. Although this was a minor inconvenience, but the TV is outdated by at least 6-7 years. The TV would consistently disconnect from the WI-FI and thus you couldn’t update the streaming apps to use. At one point, they sent the property manager to assist. Outside of reconnecting the HDMI cable, and helping with the WiFi, his solution didn’t last long —- it disconnected again less than a day later.
In summary - I would recommend this place solely for the location alone. Would I stay again? Probably not.
