Everything was really good. The room is smaller than we initially thought, but it wasn't an issue. It was the perfect size for my wife and me, but if we had more people with us, we would have needed more space. The location was the main selling point and didn't disappoint at all! It was the perfect spot! We were worried the club would keep us awake at night, but we couldn't hear a thing! Overall, I would definitely stay again! Highly recommended!
Nice place to stay good view and very close to the beach and stores & restaurants .
Views were awesome from 10th floor panoramic of aqua color waters. Full view of Diamond Head. Also views from unit were great.Since unit is right across from Zoo parking lot, there was a lot of traffic noise. Also some noise from Restaurant right below unit, but the food was good & reasonable.Paid for hotel parking that was perfectly located.Super convenient location to ABC store where we purchased wonderful papayas with lemon daily for breakfast.Condo owner provided starter Hawaiian Lion coffee & creamer.Plenty of towels!!! Comfortable queen bed &pillows.Comfortable Lanai chairs to enjoy morning coffee & breakfast with side ocean view and Kapalani Park tree/ bird views
All good, ac a little loud
The location was awesome. Just a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately it was very noisy. Delivery trucks in the morning and a group of motorcyclists that met in the parking lot across the street every night. The condo is small which was ok for two but it needs a good cleaning and maybe some updating would be good.
Hi. Don’t like to give negative reviews, so allow me to just state my observations. Start with the pic.Drapes are neat, but when unfurled they are loose, dragging on floor, clunky rollers and not able to close. Ghetto.Sliding door clean but small windows above air conditioner are difficult to see out of.Air conditioner literally blows all air on sleeping peoples’ heads, and no way to shirked direct air flow. So we stacked our luggage like a tower to block the air, and eclventually learned to use towels and other linen to block air. The vent for air rattles unnecessarily compared to the expected rattles and noise from the machine operation. You may see some words of paper still wedged in the vent to reduce the vibration. Kitchenette area is nice and clean as anyone can expect.Bathroom could use door fix. It doesn’t close without a heave and pull. Believe hinges should be replaced. And speaking of hinges, a meaningful improvement would be to move the hinges so the door opens from the other direction. At present the door rudely opens onto anyone using the sink. Bathtub has drain issue and the mouth of the drain needs repair. TV cables are an eye sore. Lastly, the couch and pillows look used, tired, and generally dirty. Wouldn’t touch it. Please replace with a small sitting table or anything that is cleaner and maybe more inviting.
Excellent location but run-down room. Smelled of mold. Air conditioner blasted in the face while lying in bed.
The location is probably the best in Waikīkī. The air conditioner blows directly on your head and is definitely a negative. The kitchen is great. The unit is tired and needs updating. But you are 1/2 block from the beach and diamond head is super close, with a beautiful view of both.
A very convenient location.

Absolute perfect location in terms of Waikiki Beach and the main strip. The staff were super friendly and helpful
The room itself was clean and with a lovely view of the park and beach
I felt very safe coming and going day and night.
This wasn’t a problem for me however the street is quite noisy (day and night) so you can hear it through the windows. If you are wanting a super quiet space, may not be for you.
I loved that I could hear the live music from Hulas from my balcony.
Very happy and will be back!
This is the perfect location for business as Kapahulu takes me in and out of the area quickly. Being able to wake up, grab a Starbucks and sit on the beach in the morning with amazing!
great location and service
they upgraded us because there was something wrong with the room but the hotel was so worth the price.location i amazing. Make sure to prebuy the parking and get a small car
room looks larger in pictures.great location.
We spent a week here for our honeymoon and had the best time! Great walking location to everything you need in town, plus ocean and park views from the balcony. The room was small so we kept luggage underneath the bed, but the fridge had lots of space for drinks and food, so it was everything we needed. Be sure to have a morning coffee or watch the sunset up on the rooftop too!
The unit was a bit run down. Not much space but good for two . Excellent location to beaches and shopping. Ample space for cooking if needed .
The property was as described in the listing and was great for 2. It was a block from Kuhio beach and 1/2 mile from Waikiki Beach and International market. The balcony had a table and 2 chairs which worked fine and had a view over the zoo and park as well as a full view of Diamond Head. We brought a lot of food since the Honolulu restaurants are pricy and there was everything we needed including a 2 burner stove top, 2 door refrigerator and microwave, osterizer, toaster and lots of pots and pans. We stayed a week and look to return for two. The host was very responsive to a few minor requests. Some reviews said there was noise from a bar on floor down. With the patio door closed at night we did not hear anything. There is also a lovely, large sundeck on the 10th floor and sunset views at least in January. We would recommend for 2 people and will book again in a year or two if it is available.
Great location, room was smaller than expected...but we werent there much anywsy.
Looks are deceiving. The property is really small. My wife and I had to let the other pass if in the same area. You can open the fridge from the bed and have to turn sideways to get in to the bathroom and no we are not large people. 2 people can barely sit on the deck together. The parking deck is a joke that it is so tight you can barely open the door to get out. The room is right above the bar and the street right under the window has to be the second busiest in Waikiki. If you are not claustrophopic and can can slip on an airline runway then this place is for you
Friendly staff good communication with Wotif before arrival, close to beach, transport, shopping and they have a tour desk in lobby
We loved the balcony facing the park, we could see the shore front. And we loved the location! It was so close to the beach!! A stroll to Dukes.
Room a little smaller than expected, but other wise good.....could use some updating but you get what you pay for.
The views were amazing and everything was in walking distance. The woman at the desk was great and very nice. Would stay again and again!!!!!!
