My mom and i stayed in this wonderful 1 bedroom condo. Check in was easy and very helpful when we had questions. The patio overlooked the ocean which is exactly what we wanted. We were able to keep the patio doors open and listen to the waves.We definitely will be back.
Cannot beat the view and the location. 39 seconds to walk out of the room and be down at the private gate to the beach. Tons of walkable restaurants and stores. Free parking in the underground garage is a huge bonus. I am so glad we cancelled our high rise room for this condo. Full kitchen allowed us to buy groceries and keep from having to eat out for every meal. Washer and dryer were fabulous to have. There were beach umbrellas and chairs, and a perfect view of the friday night fireworks.
excellent location, steps to the beach, close to several restaurants, close to the bus stop, closer to the trolley, condo has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable, will definitely stay there again
Location is amazing, lanai is ok size. A lounge chair would have been perfect. Close to shopping & restaurants.
Two friends & I had a reunion in Hawaii. The condo was comfortable, spotless & pleasant. It’s an ocean front unit with a sensational view. We sat on the lanai & soaked up the warm air & caught up with each other.The first evening we had a stunningly gorgeous sunset. Our five nights there were heavenly!
This is a very nice condo, comfortable and clean.
This property met our needs perfectly. We had everything we needed and more. Lots of extra towels, pillows, and the kitchen was great. We loved our vacation there and hope to go back!
The condo is beach front and steps to the sand. It’s in the heart of Waikiki and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The property manager handled our requests promptly, checking in and out was easy. The condo is beautifully appointed, the air conditioning works well, there are two spacious bathrooms and there is easy access to the Outrigger next door. ( pool only / gym not included). The downside of the condo is it is one story above a busy restaurant called The Steak Shack. At lunchtime and dinner there is a line of 20-30 people directly below you looking up at you. The aromas from the restaurant make it difficult to sit on the lanai and enjoy it. While we were there the building crew was using a jackhammer which made it impossible to sit anywhere in the condo M to Fri during the day. I’m sure this was a “one off” however, I think we will return to a sure thing like the Moana Surfrider or the Halekulani in the future ( same price but better ambience).
Had a great week in Honolulu. Communication with the owner was excellent. View was great. Not a good swimming beach due to rocks in the water. Having two bathrooms was a treat. All worked well except blinds and owner is replacing them soon. Location was great. Check in at the Regency was easy. Leaving was a bit more confusing. Very popular beach and steak shack below the balcony. AC was great and needed. Construction below the last two days drove us out. Kitchen is completely equipped, altho having ice pre-made in the freezer would have been nice.
The ocean view is unbeatable, and it’s lovely having two bathrooms. The location in Waikiki is great and you can walk anywhere in Waikiki from this location. The only thing I’d say is because it’s so oceanfront, it can be busy in front of the unit and there is a steak grilling business right below the unit. So if you’re sensitive to smoke and grease, this would be tough for you. Also, things are old and could use some repairs.The curtains didn’t open, the lights weren’t working, and towel rack was falling apart. Also, the mattress on the bed is really of poor quality. Maybe a topper could help. It was very uncomfortable.With that being said, you probably won’t be disappointed staying here. It’s a cute unit with everything you could need.Thank you!
Very nice property on the second floor and the beach is right out your window. We sat on the balcony and watched the beach crowd, the sunset, the waves and the fireworks. We walked to food, shopping and the trolley stop. We called Uber when we went to Pearl Harbor. Transportation was excellent. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You don’t have to travel far for good restaurants and activities.
The beach amenities could be a little more plentiful and the tvs could be updated, but overall still 5 stars. We will book this property again.
Right on the beach. Two bathrooms is really useful. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping! Property is well maintained and safe. Having a dedicated parking is so useful! Will book again!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Ocean front lanai has a beautiful view. Beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for all things ...ocean, beach, shopping, and dining.
The property is great - nicely appointed, clean, owners were engaged. Adjacent to Outrigger Resort, great access to resort amenities like restaurants, retail, pool. Unfortunately, there is a beach grill below unit’s balcony. The food smells make it impossible to enjoy the balcony during business hours - if you want to sit outside all day, this may not work.
The pictures can’t reflect how truly beautiful this condo is! We loved sitting on the lanai just feet from the water, and we had a great view of the Friday night fireworks! Having the assigned parking place included is a game- changer! And so many restaurants in easy walking distance. The condo is first class! I highly recommend it and would choose it again!
Property was as described and then some. We stayed almost 10 days and had a great experience. Great communication with Host, Check-in generally easy. A perfect spot to people watch and close to action on Waikiki. Parking included was a plus for us with a rental car. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Pam and I had an amazing time with our daughter and son in law and it was hard to adjust to the hustle and bustle of work life after spending a week in paradise.
Jeff, you were easy to deal with. Very accessible by email or VRBO portal and answered all my questions immediately. It was a pleasure staying in your condo. We made it our home away from home. My daughter is already wanting to go back 😂

We loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our family of four. The two bathrooms was fantastic and both the bed and sofabed were very comfy. Plenty of towels and it was easy to get replacement toilet paper and towels through the hotel. The location was exceptional and so convenient. There is the yummy steak shake and a delicious acai/coffee place all conveniently downstairs. Parking was great and there was a food truck park just a 12 minute walk away. Plenty of fun shopping and activities right on the beach. The sunset and Friday fireworks were awesome to see from the balcony. The perfect last day as we had a beautiful rainbow that could be seen from the balcony. Loved this place!
We could not have been happier with this experience. Having garage parking, easy beach access, everything we needed to prepare meals, and amazing shopping and other resorts within walking distance made it easy to focus on relaxing and enjoying being in Waikiki. Communication with the owner was great and Jeff was very proactive on checking in and making sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again!!!
The location of the property was AMAZING! Everything you need is literally a walk away. The beach was located under our room. The people at the front desk were less than helpful. However the property itself was fantastic! We stayed with our 2 children and we are all very impressed with our stay. There are minimal supplies in the unit, but enough to get by.
The property is exactly as it is listed. Right above the beach with a lot of people watching available. Easy check-in and check-out. Right above an affordable yummy teriyaki vendor.
The condo is located in a great location in town. We loved the ocean front views/access and eating breakfast on the lanai. I would stay here again.
Fantastic location. We had a great time in Waikiki and this condo is in a fabulous location. Can't believe we had a free garage parking spot. Great views from thee balcony. Small pier out front where we saw 3-4 turtles each night. The 3 of us really enjoyed our stay. Will keep this place at the top of my list for any future visits.
