We've been planning this trip forever - my wife and I taking our kids (23 and 26) to Hawaii for two weeks. Kicked the trip off here in Waikiki and SO happy with this VRBO choice! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Including the full kitchen (we actually cooked dinner one night). The location was ideal - right on the beach in the heart of the strip. Building staff were so polite and helpful. Valet parking was super convenient and those guys were terrific too. One pleasant surprise were the beach chairs in the closet. Oh, and of course the view was spectacular! I'd definitely come back here!!!
This property has to be one of the best locations to stay in Waikiki. It has unobstructed views of the ocean and is located perfectly situated steps away from the ocean, shops and restaurants. The complementary valet service was seamless and all of the property’s staff was pleasant and friendly. Can’t wait to be back!

It’s a very nice unit with a wonderful balcony view of ocean ! My only suggestion would be to add another chair or loveseat to the living area to make it more comfortable for guest.
The view is great. The location great. But the property? It was very tired and old. Carpet was threadbare in places, curtains with holes in them, bolts sticking out of the wall, and worn furniture. This is not what we paid a lot of money for. We walked in on Monday afternoon to a freezing room. We wanted a unit for the convenience of a laundry, ironing board, kitchen, etc. There was no ironing board. Called the manager and to his credit responded immediately. An hour and a half later knocked on the door with a new ironing board. Brilliant! Mentioned the aircon was freezing, even though I had turned it up to above 80. He advised that it was probably the widget (can't remember but wondered how he knew) and he would contact the aircon contractor and someone would be around the next day. Great. Tuesday and Wednesday went by. Nothing. The lever on the toilet then broke. This prompted the Handyman to come over. He was good, but this was now Friday! Fixed the toilet, and on the next day arrived with the replacement widget. We moved out a day later! But was still not working properly, as was the toilet! Suggest you pick another apartment!!!

My husband and two teen daughters just stayed here for a week and were very happy with it. The view and location were great. Right across the street from the beach and tons of restaurants and stores were within 15 minutes walking distance. Close enough to Diamond Head end to have a nice, quieter run along the water. Place had plenty of room for all of us. Big balcony. Always staff in the lobby area. Valet was super fast. All the staff were very friendly. Super convenient having 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available. And made good use of the washer and dryer.
This was a beautiful condo - very clean and very well equipped. The view was spectacular. Highly recommended!

Dated unit with no heated pool as advertised... repairs were to be completed but we had no access to the pool which was very disappointing... the unit needs updates... coffee table was rickety and tv in guest bedroom wasn't even hooked up... we had to hook up...

This is the third time that we have stayed at this property in Waiki, and there are several reasons why we keep coming back. First, the location is perfect: right on the water, close to restaurants and shopping. Second, the people who work at the property are awesome, especially the valet staff. I've never encountered such friendly, helpful people. The negatives are few, and not terribly important: the air conditioning is not great, in that it can't be adjusted to make everyone comfortable (warm in one bedroom, meat locker in the other); the unit isn't really well stocked (ran out of toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels during our stay); there should be more seating in the living room area, it currently only seats 3 (2 on couch, 1 arm chair). Regardless, we will absolutely come back here again and again.

Wonderful. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Even more provided than expected, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs.
The location and view can’t be beat. The communication with the property manager was great and he was so friendly and responsive. The unit itself definitely needs some upgrades and there are no extras in the kitchen for cooking like you would find in other rentals. It was really nice having beach chairs to use. There wasn’t a tv in the twin bedroom like advertised and it was hard to lock the master bathroom door. The pool and hot tub were both closed when we were there, too.
As stated in description of condo, it's located across the street from Waikiki Beach and within walking distance from all the shopping & restaurants on Kalakaua Ave! On the day we arrived, there was a three-block food festival on Kalakaua Ave, which was great for us to stroll and try various vendors. Close driving distance to Diamond Head Crater Trailhead, Hanauma Bay, etc. Valet attendees were extraordinarily cordial and helpful; (make sure you tip!) Our point-of-contact, Byron, was very responsive. Simple check-in/check-out process. It was perfect for my family as our first time in Waikiki!
Pros: Great location and very clean. Nice sheets and towels, comfortable beds. Generally well appointed - even had some laundry soap and dryer sheets available. Kitchen had anything you’d need. They had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and several good beach towels available.
Frustrations: No pool - we were unaware that it was under construction so it was closed during our stay! However, we were quickly offered monetary compensation for the disappointment, which was greatly appreciated. Free valet parking however, having to tip valet over and over got expensive. That said, they were very quick and friendly - we never had a long wait to get our car.
Cons: The couch was uncomfortable and made a really loud noise every time you’d sit/move. Some of the blankets were old and should really be replaced (esp the couch blanket). Master bath door was broken, it wouldn’t close or lock.
Overall the cons/frustrations are certainly not worth passing up on this condo. The condo management company can easily address some of the cons (like fixing the bathroom door and replacing the blankets). We worked with Byron and he was very responsive and helpful. It’s a great location with a beautiful view!
This condo was very comfortable with a gorgeous view of Waikiki beach. We were right on Kalakaua Avenue where shops, restaurants and the beach were all walking distances. Overall, a perfect place for my family’s vacation.

Place was better than expected. Called property manager upon arrival to the island and was able to get an early check-in. When we pulled up to the lobby area where the valet staff greeted us with smiles and a welcoming attitude. They knew my name and then proceeded to assist my group in having the easiest check-in process possible. The condo was clean and the view was incredible with beach, restaurants, and everything in between. Would recommend to anyone.
The property is perfectly located with easy access to the beach and shopping. The property was clean and secure and the elevator was quick. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the privacy the two rooms and two bathrooms offered. The kitchen was wonderful with all of the necessities to cook a few meals. I would absolutely stay here again. we reserved from 1/1-1/8 (1week) but we need to leave on 1/6. but still satisfy. Just 2thing, sofa is looks good condition, but it was very noisy when we sat down each time. hope owner accept change. Second, when we need to talk with management company,but unfortunately no pick up a phone and no returned called. we couldn't know how to use watch TV.
This condo is in the perfect location! Steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. No need for a rental car! Spectacular ocean front view as well. Byron was very quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns. Family of 4 was extremely comfortable.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The valet made life so easy! The manager was attentive and flexible. Highly recommend!
A property location on the view was amazing. The staff were exceptional. The condo is outdated and could use a facelift. The appliances did not work as well as they should have due to age. There was a teacher age. There was a smell in the condo which smelt like mothballs, again, likely due to the age of a condo. It was very clean, considering the age and no recent updating. Would be amazing rental, if the condo received a makeover. Air conditioning temperature was inconsistent and didn't run very well in the bedrooms. Otherwise the condo was very clean, considering the obvious wear and tear due to age.
