We’ve stayed here before and will be back again. Location is perfect. So close to the beach and restaurants. The bar can be loud at night but it doesn’t bother us. Room is small but clean and it’s exactly as shown in pictures. Hotel front desk is very nice as well.

The only good thing about this place is the location, but even that is not worth it.
I had 6 nights booked, and left after one night. The room was disgusting and had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was large clumps of dust and dirt all over the walls, ceiling, fan and AC that was blowing into the room. The bathroom was gross and still had dirt and stains on the mirror, sink and roof, and there were bugs.
The other kicker, which I feel is not expressed properly in the listing is the bar in the building. The room is on the 2nd floor and the bar is quite literally right across the hall in the same building. Loud music non stop until 2-3am and people come and go and hangout loudly in the hallway until much after. There was a window where I got maybe an hour of sleep, and then the garbage gets picked up right outside your room at 4am every day which is extremely loud.
This place caused huge amounts of stress and health concerns during our vacation, and cost us a day with searching for somewhere else and fighting for a refund.
I messaged the host multiple times about this and received no reply until many days later. Eventually after calls and multiple messages with the host David, he gave me a refund for the remaining nights. I found David was fair to deal with, despite originally offering a full refund and going back on it to exclude the one night, and try to charge me a CLEANING FEE??
I await the copy and pasted response from the host. Trust every bad review.
Overall good experience only issue was very noisy at night, especially closing time for the bar
This hotel is what it is - great value for money with the price reflecting the facilities and the downsides. Yes, it is affected by bar noise and it is small - but it is convenient, cheap and has all the basics. Reception is helpful when needed.
It was good for just dropping my kid off to college we weren’t in room much. But no one told me you had to reserve parking and pay for it so I fed meter at zoo parking lot since parking was full. But room was fine for our needs.
The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. The hotel was located a walkable distance from the beach and shopping centers. What I did not like about the hotel was that it was unsanitary, we found roaches in our room. Second, we had to deal with the nuisance from the bar across our hotel room. For the nights that we stayed in, we had to hear the disruption of bar goers all night long in the hallway. The fact that the hotel does not have enforced regulations for this, speaks about their management.
Room is 20 feet from Lulu's bar which was quite noisy, and we did not know about it. Upside was we went to sleep with noise, so we it did not wake us.
We were able to get everywhere we wanted by walking. Only one block from Waikiki Beach! Everything we needed was included, even beach towels and boogie boards.
This propery was so close to the beach, it was easy to get to and from the beach front. It is on the same floor as Hulas so expect a little noise at night due to shared hall. I would stay again, as the location was excellent.
Very clean, nice room. Love the location! Definitely would stay again.
Room 217 is located on the second floor next to Hula’s Bar.
Noise from mid evening to 2:00 AM. Also, garbage is collected every morning
between 3:00 and 4:00 AM out side your bedroom

This was the perfect little place for me and my partner. The staff was amazing, we had access to the parking garage, and our room was nice and clean!! Only downside is that it is across the hall from a bar which could get pretty rowdy in the hallways at night- we were so tired each day it didn’t bother us too bad! It’s definitely very tiny! The bed is a double/full sized bed so if you stay with another person- hope you like cuddling! It is perfect if you aren’t planning to spend a lot of time in the room! We parked in the parking garage which was nice because I was stressed to leave a rental outside/on the street. The garage was nice and easy to access. Literally 2 min walk from beach. Great location with restaurants, shopping, drinks and beach so close.
I do wish their was a dustpan to sweep up sand, but we just used the little mop to “sweep”.
Overall, great stay, would stay again!
Absolutely great location! The room was small but very clean and had great access to everything. The air conditioning kept the room nice a cool. So close to the beach, restaurants and shops and right next to the zoo. The only downside is there is a bar/restaurant on the same level so it can be a little loud at night. It didn’t bother us at all but some it may. Would definitely stay again. We spent all of our time outside and had a nice clean place to shower and turn in at night so it was perfect for us. The front desk staff is really friendly and the upstairs balcony has a beautiful view on the roof.
Our overall stay was wonderful. The host was fantastic and easy to connect with! The room was clean, to door access always worked! The beach is a 2 minute walk away (so easy!). The room had snorkel gear / boogie boards for use.
However - the room is smaller that appears in pictures. This room is 100% for 1-2 people only! The bathroom / shower are smaller so would be difficult for a bigger person navigate through.
The pool is on the backside of the hotel, it’s okay.
You bring back sand from the beach (no matter how hard you try not to!) but a broom and dust pan would have been nice. I used the swiffer to “sweep” the floor.
This room is on the 2nd floor and so is the bar (I believe it mentioned that in the description) - but it’s very close to the bar and people can be loud.
Hawaii was amazing - I’d work with Mark again in a second - I’d stay in the same hotel, just not this room.
It was a perfect size for just the two of us. My only complaint is there was a section of window next to the air conditioner without any blind or other covering so people could see into our room. We had to block it with various items we could find.
Despite repeated complaints to the owner and the property itself, the circuit breaker to the ceiling fan/light was never reset. As a result, we did not have the use of that fixture during the entire stay.
I loved the location of the property. Very close to the beach. I also enjoyed Hula's Bar which is located just down the hall (Great food and drink).
The unit is very well laid out and had everything I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I plan to replace my bed at home, with the same brand, after sleeping on this bed.
The bar noise was non-existent, except for at closing time, but that noice passes quickly. I will definitely rent here again!!
