ALOHA!It was a good experience staying in. The TP holder was uneven when it was installed and TP did not hooked on correctly. I did communicate that with Ash.
The room was very clean and all directions were clear! The beach andots of stores are very close and easily walked to! The in building parking was very convenient but pretty expensive. Overall a great place to stay!
This was a small but clean location. It is perfect for a work night stay. Extremely Quiet
We stayed for only two nights, but it was still very comfortable.
Nice you get what you pay for
We wanted to stay for 3 nights in Oahu for the cheapest possible in an 8 plus rated location. This unit fit the bill. This property is small, but has hard floors and is clean. The newly remodeled claim is not really accurate - kitchenette counter and back splash are newer - bathroom and rest of unit is tired. Unit has a closet which doesn't seem to be mentioned. And there is plenty of room for luggage - a few reviews indicated there is not even enough room to store bags - this is not accurate. The host responds promptly. Wifi great. Parking 45 cash per night for 2 nights; 50 cash for 1 night. We would stay here again.
Was quiet clean and comfortable
This is a perfect place to stay the night.....or several especially if traveling solo. Everything is within walking distance which was so nice! Loved the amenities (esp the pool deck area) and the apartment was cute and cozy.
The property was small but adequate for our needs. Felt safe. Nice pool area. Easy walk to the beach and shopping. A great food truck area across the road. Ash, our manager, did a good job communicating with us.
A bit tired and needs a few repairs/updates but overall we would come back.
the condo is very small but excellent located. all is easy to reach, the beach, downtown and Chinatown. Air condition wasn't working properly so it was very sticky in the room and you don't want to open the window in 29th floor.....
Clean unit, close to restaurants and shops. Many food trucks are located across the street. Car rentals are adjacent to the building. Best of all, the beach is a 10 minute walk! We would stay here again.

I’d love a repeat visit.
Property is too small specially bathroom. No space to keep your suitcase. Property needs renovation.
Great views and comfortable bed
Website pictures were accurate, condo was small but clean. The pool in the hot tubs were perfect! Parking was secure but expensive at $40 per night.
The condo agent provided us very detail information about the check in procedures. He has a booklet in the condo which give us the wifi password, the information about the location.
The condo is closed to the restaurants, grocery stores and beach. I can also walk to Wakiki DFS in less than 20 minutes.

Not even enough room to put luggage on the ground and walk around it and the bed.

Within walking distance to almost everything in the Waikīkī area. The studio was very comfortable and communication with the host was great.
Good location, walking distance to most things in Waikiki.
Right on the bus line to go to Diamond Head. Close to pick-up point for the bus to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Nearby grocery store and food trucks. Perfect place to stay in Waikiki for a few days before our main trip to Maui.

No hot water for two days and neighbours were noisy.
Nice view, air conditioning is important, overall clean but a few little issues came up, however the host was quick to address and resolve. There was a pretty large stain on the boxspring(this wasn’t able to be resolved and all good as we understand) but what was unusual, is that when changing the bed sheets, one would totally notice this, however we were told that they don’t lift up the mattress to check. No biggie but a bit gross and also there was a slight smell from it. I sent pics and we always check due to bed bugs. This place was free from pests and they don’t ask you to clean the place before check out. Wasn’t perfect but I would recommend this place and would certainly come back.
