Owner canceled my booked, paid and confirmed reservation 3 days before my trip. Beware of Vacasa and of owner of this property as apparently they feel canceling you at the last minute is okay
Decent property, excellent location. Very noisy. Sliding patio door was old with 0 noise isolation. Woke up every morning at 6am from the garbage trucks.
This property is a value in Waikiki. The room is clean and well kept inside. There’s a pretty good patio view for not being ocean side. It did take us a while to realize where the extra towels were kept, but the space is well laid out.

Heart of Waikiki - walking distance from so much - but be weary if you rent a car parking is a pain in the a$$.
Good location. Small but met my needs. Had nice decor and comfy bed.
Small but mighty. Great location. Everything you need in a tiny package. Close to the beach and all the action. Walkable to all Waikiki shopping, eating, and activities.
Location is excellent very close to the beach, condo complex is dated but room upgraded, the room features are different to the advertised photo with the curtains, very low security from the balcony, entrance locks are good, but the deadlock key supplied was incorrect. Wiring and components are visible everywhere, no instruction manuals etc in a folder, so you are on your own working out how things work,Wi-Fi is good, the bed needs a mattress protector fitted, the bed and pillows are very comfy, There is no room for storage of luggage or clothes anywhere
I love the location. The outside property looks a bit outdated. The studio was almost perfect. The slope in the shower wasn't not right and when I took showers water would pile under your feet
We were there a week and the place was perfect for us! A block from Waikiki. Walking distance from great restaurants and food trucks. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee with an ocean view. We initially had an issue with the light switches. We were told an electrician would be there the next morning, and he was. He did what he needed to do and left everything in working order. After he left I wiped down the counters since he had to stand on them to reach the wires. My wipe was pretty clean. The whole place was very clean. I’m 5’2” and using the mirror in the bathroom was a calf workout because I had to tiptoe to see the mirror. However, there were other mirrors with outlets nearby. The bed was comfortable and the massage chair was a nice treat after walking all day. The kitchenette was perfect to keep a few groceries when we just wanted to relax and snack. Guest services wasn’t an instaneous response, but they responded in a reasonable time. Once they did respond, they stayed engaged until your question was answered. Definitely recommend this place.
Rental had everything we needed and is conveniently located one block away from the beach. WiFi did go out halfway through our stay, though I attempted to reset the routers this did not resolve the issue. I notified client service, which should have sent someone. Half of the lights are WiFi enabled so we had to rely on two lamps for the rest of the stay.

The first major reason to stay here is the location.This property truly has unbeatable location, literally steps away from the Waikiki beach and most of the major shopping/dining options in the area. Bonus is it's right next to Hyatt Regency where alot of the tours offer pickup at.
Unit overall is fairly clean with a modern furnishing, pretty much exactly as you see in the pictures. Its abit on the smaller side, but perfect for solo traveler. Even though its not listed in amenities, there is actually a TV in the room (its the painting facing the bed) and has netflix access. A few sets of towels and beach towels were provided. There were also some snorkeling gear on the balcony.
The second reason is the massage chair. Its absolutely amazing especially after a exhausting day of walking and activities. Make sure you give it a try!
Points deducted for WiFi not working. I contacted their support number twice, both times they said they put in a case file and they will get in touch but never heard back from them since. I fixed the internet myself on the 4th day no thanks for them. (It seems like this isn't the first complaint about their broken WiFi. In case they still refuse to fix it, the actual network name and password is on the bottom of the google device where the modem is plugged into)
Arrived to sheets in a ball on the bed covered in black sand/dirt. Towels in a bunch on the shower floor. Dirt all over the floor. I called immediately to inform Vacasa and was told a cleaning crew would be in touch within a few minutes. A few hours went by and I called again and they said that no crews were left to clean that day. I asked to be moved to a different rental for the night/until they could clean and was told that they’d get a new room sorted out and call in 15 minutes. 2 hours later no call. I ended up sweeping a portion of the floor and sleeping on the floor until midnight when Vacasa finally called and attempted to book us a hotel on a different Hawaiian island…
Towards the end of the trip I caught Covid. I called to see if I could cancel my next Vacasa rental on the big island and to extend my current one at Seashore 93. Both were booked direct through Vacasa. Vacasa refused to cancel, refund, or credit the other rental AND refused to extend the current stay at Seashore 93. We ended up having to pay and additional $2000 for 5 nights at hotel one block away because of it.
All in all, horrible experience.
This place is very new with great amenities inside. The best was decent for being away from home; got brand new pillows which was a plus. The unit had beach items, always a bonus and didn’t have to purchase them.
The only downside was the floor was extremely dirty and I had to wash it. Sweeping regularly is normal due to the sand. Also the hot water tap in the kitchen did not work. Kind of a bummer when washing dishes.
Otherwise overall a great place to stay. Location was fabulous and the view was honestly perfect. Very bright and airy environment.
