The condo was great, and the location was very good. The parking was also a big plus. The condo is surrounded by buildings (as is everything in Honolulu) but you do get a good view of the beach through the buildings sitting on the balcony which was nice. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn't on when we arrived and it was well over 85 degrees inside, which was not pleasant after a full day of traveling.
I highly recommend this property. It is really nice…clean, close to everything, nice kitchen and relatively quiet. We had an issue where the elevator broke down during our stay (only for a few hours), and the property manager responded to me very quickly. The parking space is super tight. Something to keep in mind. But it was so nice to have it.
We had a really nice time in this condo. The unit was clean and big for four people. Two full baths as well as in unit laundry was a huge plus. Biggest attribute was the southern exposure looking at the beach. We spent a lot of time out on the huge patio which was shielded from the sun most of the day. Location was an easy 2 block walk to the beach and there were restaurants, food trucks, and grocery stores within a short walk or short drive. It was an easy 10-minute ride to the freeway to get anywhere on the island quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
This property description was accurate. The lanais had great views. The beds were comfortable. The parking was great! And only a short walk the beach, zoo, and lots of food around. I would be happy to return! Also communication with the owners were great!
Lovely condo situated just a block from Waikiki Beach and the main shopping area. Condo is beautiful - well stocked with bedding, towels, kitchen items, beach chairs etc., The condo and its contents is maintained and clean. The onsite building manager keeps the building common areas immaculate. We felt very safe in the building. Just sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean is a balm for the soul. Highly recommend.
This property was incredibly appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay. Host was equally impressive and very helpful with many recommendations and things to do. The location was also perfect and very easy walk to anything on Waikiki you’d want to do. Stay here, you won’t regret it
Condo had everything we needed, even for beaches! Convince store next door! Clean and updated. Only issue was master bathroom window was not closing correctly so had to keep bathroom door closed to keep cool at night!
Property management was outstanding and the condo was excellent! Close to everything, beautiful view and just exactly like the photos!
We traveled with family, our stay was wonderful. Location was great, condo was like home. Clean and nicely furnished.
This was a fabulous place to stay. Close to the beach, trolley stop, stores, you name it. We used an Uber to and from the airport and did a Walmart delivery for breakfast items and snacks to last us during our stay. We didn’t rent a vehicle. Traffic is very heavy and we didn’t know where we were going so we used the trolley and sight seeing excursions. This was a bit of a splurge for us but it was very nice.
My parents and I stayed in this condo for 9 days. The location is more than perfect - it's 2 min walk to the beach and to the waikiki beachwalk. The condo itself is amazing. Two rooms were both spacious and the mattresses & beddings were very nice, not to mention the amazing view of the ocean from the lanai. Cleaning can be improved a bit I believe -- floors here and there were pretty sticky when we first checked in so we scrubbed the floor with disinfectant wipes the first day and shower curtain in the smaller room was moldy, which made us use the master bath only. During our stay, there was flash flood storm warning. The building, though, had no problem maintaining water supply and electricity -- Nathan, the property manager, was very helpful with instructions particularly during the times of emergency. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo for a family trip and would love to visit again.
Our family spent six nights in this spacious unit, the unit was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. The main issues we faced was noise. There is very little sound insulation for being in a central location. The windows in the second bedroom and in the main family area do not have any sound insulation, you will hear motorcycles, trucks, and music at night. Also, the curtains are not black out curtains and allow a decent amount of outside light to come in. In general, the unit is well maintained. The location is right off the main road with plenty of shops and restaurants in a walking distance and the beach is right across the street.
Really incredible property! The penthouse has a wonderful view and is extremely spacious and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pretty much any appliance or cooking utensil you might need. There is an ABC convenience store right next door, and the beach is only a block and a half away. Great location overall and walkable to most everything in Waikiki. Free parking was a bonus.Host was communicative and wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Huge place in a ideal location. Right by the Wall at Waikiki. Unit has everything you could need and is a short walk to everywhere you want to go.
Our family of 6 (two small children and 4 adults) were super happy with this condo. It had a lot of space, was beautiful, and had a fully stocked kitchen. Everything worked great and we really enjoyed our stay, just book it and you won’t regret it!

Penthouse was exactly as promised and did not disappoint in any aspect. It was like a home from home for the four of us for two lovely weeks. The location was great and to wake up, sit on the lanai looking out beach and ocean was perfect. Fully equipped kitchen enabled us to eat in when we liked. I have nothing but a positive experience from start to finish.
Very clean, well-stocked, convenient, close to beach. The rooms were large and beds comfortable.2 bathrooms made it easier for 4 adults to get ready for adventure. Building was very secure. Adjacent hotels made it easy for tour pick-ups. Hosts were wonderful and addressed any questions or issues at all times. Very nice lanais (2). Kitchen and laundry a plus. Much better than a hotel room! Location made it easy to take chairs, tubes, etc.to beach. Hosts went above and beyond. Wonderful!
Property was very nice. Older building, they all are there. Unit was clean and decorated very nicely. In unit laundry was a big help for towels and swimsuits. 1 block to the beach. Good dining and staple shopping within 1 block. Beautiful views and huge top floor balcony. Parking spot was a bit tight but we had and extended suv, definitely wasn't needed.
The location was amazing! The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The store was right next to the property for easy grab and go food items. The building was secure with an easy check in and check out process. We loved sitting outside on the balcony enjoying the views and great weather. Going to the beach was super easy (walking with beach gear) and chair/umbrella rental was right there. The condo also supplied beach chairs as well. I would recommend this property. Very clean and exactly as described!

Really enjoyed our stay at this penthouse condo unit with comfortable, attractive furnishings including on the large, private, ocean-facing deck. It provided ample room and privacy for two of us, then later, another couple who joined us for a few days of our stay. Its proximity to Waikiki Beach and its main drag is certainly a plus for those seeking that action but because it's on the top floor of a 12-story building and at the Kapiolani Park/Diamond head end of Waikiki, the noise level is fairly muted and manageable. Communication with the owner was excellent - a couple of minor issues with the building came up and were dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily. We would definitely consider returning on a future visit.
