Amazing stay! Best location, secured building, washer/dryer is the bonus. This unit is on the 1st floor, it gets very noisy from the street, especially in early morning. Bring earplugs!
A great property. Way more space than we expected. Super close to beaches and stores and restaurants. Owner went above and beyond with communication and care. Answered all my texts and questions quickly. The only issue we had was the internet was spotty but really in Hawaii who wants to be inside? I loved the place.
We had an amazing time. The location was perfect. Everything is minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed how easy it was to get to the beach and all the Waikiki shops. The street is busy but with AC on we weren’t bothered much. The condo is not large but it worked great for our family needing four beds - the couches are comfortable and allow for flexible configuration. Thanks for a great place to stay for our visit.
Our host, Roy, may be the best host I’ve encountered. He communicates very clearly, responds very quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. The location of the condo was perfect for us. It’s on the edge of Waikīkī, easy walking distance to everything Waikīkī has to offer. More importantly, being on the edge made it easy to come and go to other parts of the island without getting bogged down in free Waikīkī traffic . of the island
What a wonderful place to stay! Close to Waikiki and all the amenities. Comfortable beds, enough space for our family of 5. Loved all the extras -- beach towels, mats, chairs, shampoo & conditioner in both bathrooms. We enjoyed the living room area as well. Our children are 23, 20, & 12 years old and everyone had enough room and space to sleep, play and laugh comfortably. The kitchen is great with a full fridge and a good selection of pots, pans, etc. The washer and dryer are fantastic and make a trip just that much easier. With two full bathrooms and the supplied shampoo and conditioner, no one felt rushed. The beach towels and other beach supplies were greatly appreciated. Great location with easy access to the beach and all that Waikiki has to offer. We had no problem with the noise level from the street. It was just background noise that settled out relatively early. This is a fabulous place to stay and we highly recommend it and would stay again! We also appreciate the excellent, clear communication and instructions. Thanks for everything.
I gave Roy’s listing 5 stars because it met my family’s need for our Christmas vacation. The house is located a block from all the action on Waikiki’s beach. The listing had a lot of perks, such as beach towels/essentials, dishes, cleaning supply, etc. It was also next to an ABC store, which was great to pick up water and snacks. I also like that parking was available, as most locations have high parking fees. Roy was checking up on us regularly to ensure our stay went well, which was appreciated. There is A LOT of city noise, especially at night, so if you are a light sleeper this is something you may want to consider. All the beds were okay except 1 that wasn’t very comfortable, but we didn’t spend much time in the rental so it wasn’t a big deal. All in all it was a great trip. Again, if you are looking for an affordable place in the mix of it all, I would recommend this location.
The property was perfect location to hang at waikiki beach, the boys could catch waves at queens beach and the littles, grandparents were happy at the calm kuhio beach area.
There was lots of stuff to borrow for the beach, the wagon was great. Bathroom and kitchens were well stocked, and theABC store was right next door and free parking was perfect.
We will be back again for sure.

Great apartment close to child-friendly beach, zoo, aquarium, shops, diners and food vendors. Roy provided everything we needed so we had plenty of time to catch up with family. There was plenty of room so did not feel crowded. Roy was responsive and accommodating, an excellent host. Will definitely try to rebook if coming to Hawaii again.
This was our first VRBO, and we could not have asked for a better more exceptional experience 10/10!!!!
Communication with the owner was EXCEPTIONAL, they were very clear, and responsive, and kept in touch during our stay.
Property was exactly as advertised/pictured, COMFORTABLE, VERY clean and nicely decorated, new appliances - fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, stove, and microwave. AC and ceiling fans in all the rooms, and a well equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies/soaps - just bring your own food and clothes and you are ready to go!
Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds - 2 queens in the large room, 1 queen in the small room with 2 separate bathrooms.
The location was perfect for us, a block and a half from the Waikiki beach. It is a little noisy due to all the activity in the beach area, but it did not bother us at all.
A 2 minute walk to ABC store, and short drive to Safeway grocery store and the malls. Lots of eating options all over.
A block from the zoo and 10 minutes to the aquarium. The building has excellent controlled access security for safety, and on site parking.
Overall, the trip was amazing and made even better with the great apartment for a large group at a reasonable price. The constant communication with the owners was a huge plus; they provided very detailed instructions and answered all of our questions. The other plus is that the owners are local so we also got some really great entertainment recommendations from them.
Great location with a short walk to Waikiki Beach, restaurants and shops. The apartments description was accurate. The coffeemaker labels were worn off and we had to Google the model to find out which button to push to brew a pot. Free parking was a definately a plus with relatively easy access. The apartment is on the 1st floor which is really the 3rd level above the street. Some nights can be noisy depending on how loud people are on the street, vehicles speeding by or the nightly crow of 2-3 roosters outside the king bedroom. All beyond the owners control, but ear plugs are a good addition to any vacation. All in all, it was a very good stay, the owner was always available and very responsive.
Easy walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. It’s a little noisy with the street traffic and that rooster. But it calms down later in the evening.
