love the property easy access to mall and the beach
The only problem with this unit was that the fridge quit working the first day of our stay . The manager gave us a 200 refund, but the expense of eating out made our stay much more expensive.
This studio condo was terrific. My daughter and I spent a week in Oahu and Gerri's condo was home base. Its location is excellent. If you're staying in Waikiki, you are perfectly located to all the major attractions. If you walk directly east, the public beach in front of the Sheraton and Royal Hawaiin is about 5 minutes away (maybe 4 city blocks). If you walk three blocks north or 1 block northeast, you will have great restaurants and shopping. For day-to-day supplies, the Target is 2 blocks north right within the International Marketplace mall (bring your own bags so they don't charge you for theirs). The condo is very comfortable. Because it's on the 9th floor it is relatively quiet. The lanai has enough room for two people to relax, and the unit even has "real" cable television so you can catch up on local news or your favorite shows. There is a small kitchenette with oven, range, microwave, and reasonable sized fridge. Sofa can fold out to a bed for 1-2. Bathroom is sufficient for one person at a time. Beach supplies available as well (chairs, toys, towels, etc.)One extra perk is if you have a rental car, parking is free at the Marine Surf. The trick though is that it's a very tight parking garage and a smaller car will be much easier to navigate. Also have to be careful with two-way traffic and the inclines as they are steep and visibility is limited. You might be a great driver, but the others in the garage sometimes may not be.Highly recommend and will return!

Location! Location!! Location!!!Great find in the heart of Waikiki! Cute studio, great bed and good urban environment. Literally one block from the beach - best of both worlds! Great host with precise instructions. Made my 1 month sabbatical go by real fast! Wife wants me to bookmark it for our next visit :)
Place in a good location for those wanting to be in Waikīkī. Parking and location allows for rental car to drive around and experience the rest of the island. The kitchen provides options for cooking. Bed was comfortable. Pullout couch bed pretty standard. It also helped having beach towels (5) and other beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and snorkeling).
