We (myself, my husband and a friend) stayed here for 6 nights. It's about 1.5 blocks from the beach and Waikiki's main street. No real view from the balcony but we still enjoyed having coffee out there in the mornings. Having separate bathrooms was nice. The unit was very clean and had comfortable beds. We would rent here again if we return to Waikiki.Pros:-Location.-GREAT communication from the hosts. There was an issue with the AC in the living room, they communicated as soon as they knew and kept in touch to be sure we were ok.-Comfortable beds and chairs. Room to spread out.-Clear instructions for check in and check out-Had everything we needed, even coffee for the coffee maker-You are in Hawaii!Cons:-The reviews that talk about tight parking aren't kidding. If we hadn't had a slimmer friend, we wouldn't have been able to get into and out of the car when the occupant next to us was parked. -Reviews also mention noise. It wasn't a problem for us, we knew we would hear city noises and the roosters. It looks like they had added a second window in the bedroom over the jalousie windows.-Hard to get onto the sidewalk with mobility issues. From the lobby level there were stairs, from the garage there is a steep ramp. I managed with my walker but needed a little help from hubby.-The window in the smaller bedroom's window didn't open.-The smaller bedroom is pretty small. We didn't spend much time in the condo so it was fine.
Excellent location, convenient to beach restaurants and stores. Condo was well stocked. Tom was great to work with. We had a small maintenance issue with the guest room AC, but we were able to connect with Tom and work through it. Would stay here again and recommend to others. We had an amazing time!
Perfect Stay in Waikiki!This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our family getaway to Waikiki! The hosts truly thought of every detail to make us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked, especially with everything we needed for a great day at the beach!The location couldn't have been better, just one block from the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything else we needed. Super convenient for exploring the area without needing to drive.Communication with the owners was excellent, with fast and friendly responses to any questions we had. The property's caretaker was also incredibly helpful and even took the time to guide me into the parking spot (which was a little tight). Really appreciated the extra effort!We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, highly recommended!
This condo is nicely renovated and in a great location. It is supplied with just about anything you need. It is just a few blocks from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. Parking was very tight but appreciate the use of the space.

This building unit is on the 10th floor half block from the beach- and it has its own parking spot. Great place to walk everywhere after done exploring for the day.
Great location for access to Waikiki beach. Condo was well stocked with kitchen and bath items. Owner was very timely with communication and requirements.

We love the location of this property. It's super convenient to walk everywhere to the main avenue on Waikiki beach. There is a designated parking spot on site for our rental car. The beds are comfortable and we have enough space for our family of 4. The only minus is the style ofthe windows which does not block much of the noise outside. I used earplugers and I was able to sleep without too much issue. Overall, very enjoyable stay!

Property was close to the beach great for a family
Pretty easy place to get to. The information about the unit and the whole check in process is very detailed, which is good but it is also rather long and has many steps, which is a bit of a challenge. Parking is definitely tight. Getting a minivan in could be a problem. We parked a Kia Soul and it was ok for a driver to get in/out and that is that.
There is no staffed lobby for this unit, which means that coming and going requires the key fob, which is ok unless you lose it or yours gets stolen, like ours did on the beach. Luckily we recovered it.
The unit has a lot of natural light. Plenty of room. First thing to note is that there are only 2 stools to sit at the kitchen counter. There are four chairs on the balcony, which is great. To get to the balcony, the "sliding" door must be opened and you better have some good strength to operate the "sliding" door. Wear some foot wear when getting onto the balcony. I was in socks and no washing machine can get the discoloration of my socks.
The washer and drier in the unit are very convenient. Kitchen has all you may need for your stay. Closets have plenty of space and linens and bedding are clean. In the master bath, the shower leaks so put something on the floor by the wall corner. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed which prevents the door from full opening. Proceed with caution. The main issue is the noise. Gets very loud early in the morning like 4 AM and late at night. OMG loud.
Good location easy to find! Close to the beach too! Very clean ! One suggestion would be to upgrade the windows to block out the street noise and rooster crowing at 4:30 am 😳😎
Very conveniently located and walking distance to the Waikiki Beach and shopping mall area.
