The room I stayed at was on the 10th floor, It was a great room, but do not expect an amazing view due to another high rise in the area. The location provides an accessible two-block walk to the beach area. Free parking is available, which is a plus if you have a rental. Parking in the general Waikiki area is usually either paid or hard to find.
The host definitely went above and beyond for this stay. My mother booked this trip for my husband and I for our honeymoon. My mom couldnt figure out how to add my profile to the stay, so I had no way of accessing the key drop off. The host was amazing and kind in helping us get checked in.
The place was very clean in everyway besides the rug in the room. It was absolutely caked in sand and dirt to the point our bare feet came away black.
The only other thing was that the support for the mattress was broken when we checked in. It seems the screw had stripped away the wodden frame, so occassionally the middle support would come undone while we slept.
Everything else was literally perfect. It was clean and in an amazing spot with easy access to the beach and the local grocery store for those who want to cook.

While that was annoying, it was by far not the most annoying. If you are expecting a quiet location, think again. Every single night there were trash trucks backing up the street picking up trash between 2:00-6:00 am. (Yes, I know it’s a city! ) Every night!
Being informed of this would be the right thing to do. Lastly, a binder explaining the 6 remote controls (yes six) would have helped immensely especially after I told the management that there was no binder.
