The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach.
Only a short distance takes you to the Ala Wai golf course, restaurants, shops, Kapiolani park, Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.
The property is well maintained with a excellent amenities.
Recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground.

Loved this property bc we could cook breakfast and lunch and just be minutes from the beach during the day and restaurants for dinner. It was perfect for what we needed and was super reasonably priced.

We have stayed here in the past and it is a solid location, property and price. We love the free parking pass and that we can save money by eating at “home” so close to the beach.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for and what we needed. The ocean view from the small lanai was beautiful. Location was central to most everything and the free parking was a huge bonus!! Communication was great and had no issues. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

If you are looking for somewhere reasonably priced in the Waikiki area, this is your place. We’ve stayed in this building several times (our first with this host). It’s a great location, great view with sunset, pool and hot tub for relaxing, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking. Denny’ s is close by (walking distance). We also walked to IHOP one day. And a real plus - free parking

Although we were not in our room much, it was a welcome refuge to be at our VRBO, the Aston Waikiki Banyan, at the end of a long day outing. The amenities in the place was very comfortable and inviting. Air conditioner was efficient and kept us cool in spite of the warm nights. We were only a 6 minute walk to Waikiki and many shops and restaurants as well. Friendly staff and security was adequately provided. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily book again! A+++

We had an amazing stay. The sofa bed could use an upgrade. The area was conveniently located to everything and easy access to highways. The pool was a nice area with friendly security. The view from the room was amazing too. Will definitely be back and will look for space at the Waikiki Banyan. ❤️

Really enjoyed this location and property as a whole. Only challenge was changing from an AMEX to visa which I get but is part of doing business.
However, property was great, communication was great, parking pass was free instead of $35 a night for public which was a bonus. We would love to stay here again.

We would give this a 10 out of 5.!!!Communication was electronic and fit our needs.Easy check in and code. We love the Banyan and have stayed several times. This is the unit we will request in the future. Parking Pass is a must for us and this unit has one. The view was the best. Added bonus: beach toys, snorkel and beach towels. We would love to return as this unit is by the Zoo and a quick walk to the beach and perfect beach for families .

We just spent 3 + weeks in this lovely condo. Clean and comfortable in a great location only 2 blocks from Kūhiō Beach. Nicely function and updated. Everything we need for our long stay. We thought we had a problem with smoke detector and management was quick to respond. It turned out to be something of ours and easily fixed before their handyman arrived.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It is clean and has all the amenities we need to enjoy ourselves here. It has the perfect water view of Waikiki beach to watch the surfers in the morning. Also has a view of the pool. The location was the best as it was walking distance to so many things including the beach to Waikiki and shave ice place. My family and I love this place so much. We hope we can stay here again on our next trip back to Oahu.

The condo was clean and close to the beach. Unfortunately, myhusband fell and injured his hip on our first day. There is a track for the sliding bedroom door that is a tripping hazard. Caution to any older future guest. I emailed the rental company expressing concern and never heard back.

First day, big cockroach on the bathroom door. We contacted the manager, she got bug spray and some traps. It trapped two more small cockroaches. Bathroom curtain smelled so bad-moldy smell.

Pics listed are the actual unit with a great view off the balcony. The management company is professional and will help with any questions that you may have.Very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows etc. Buy your coffee, groceries, etc at nearby Safeway or Foodland grocery stores. Unit comes with a full kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc. They even had coffee filters for the coffee maker so all we needed was the ground coffee. My only issue is that the queen/full mattress in the master needs to be replaced as it is indented on the right side. Other than that every other aspect was great.I thought the cleaning fee was excessive at $300 for the unit given that we were there for just 3 nights. It's best for you to rent for a longer period as the cleaning fee would feel like less of a hit on your wallet with the low nightly rate.
