Great location. Beach, shops within walking distance, entertainment and more nearby. Clean room, clean hotel, clean yard and city. Very friendly staff.
We had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, closeness to all the restaurants and shops, beach,etc. very comfortable and loved having a kitchen to cook some of our meals, including athe BBQ grills by the pool! Thanks
Definitely bright and cheery. Lots of big windows. Great location, 2 blocks from the Kuhio Beach. Minimal outdoor street noise coming through.
Perfect for 1 couple, would be awkward for 2 couples. Description stated "1 bedroom (sleeps 4), separated from living room with sliding doors". There were no sliding doors for privacy. May be a tad tight for 4 people. Photos are also accurate, at time of booking.
Window a/c in the living room is too noisy to use while sleeping, but the ceiling fan was great to keep us cool. It was quiet, when running at the 2nd/3rd speed. You'd have to run it on high and then bring it down.
Nice touch with the 2 luggage racks, drying rack and a laundry basket. Self parking with in/out access is definitely a plus.

The unit was a good value in a great location. Very nice to have parking included. It was mostly as advertised, except that there is no sliding door between the bedroom and living area, so it doesn't work if you want a private space in the unit. Wifi was very spotty, and it looks like the router is pretty old. The keys that were in the unit did not work for the sauna or the afterhours access from the garage to the upper level elevator lobbies - the front desk said that they had just changed the locks, so a new key for this unit is needed. Overall, these didn't affect our stay, but would be good to address.
This condo at the Waikiki Banyan was absolutely perfect for us! It was close to everything in Waikiki and UH Manoa. We could walk to great food and early morning coffee. The beach was close. Parking was easy. Property managers were fantastic! Highly recommend!

What’s not to love? Great location, condo is immaculate and has everything you could need. Most of my family is vegan so we mainly cooked in - wonderful, fully loaded kitchen (if you are vegan or vegetarian, hit the Safeway before you get to Princeville). But the best part of the day is undoubtedly the sunsets each night. Just incredible views. Jeff was an amazing host!!

Condo was just as described and comfortable for stay. Only negative is the elevator situation- by the time the elevator reached the 7th floor going down it was filled from residents in higher floors. Be prepared to use the stairs. Ample parking and everything you need to be comfortable is available or in the room. Close to walk Waikiki for dining and a couple of blocks to the beach. Plenty of parking spaces in the garage.
Would definitely consider staying here again.
