You cannot beat the location of this gem, both for the sights and its proximity to the things. The morning sunrises to the east of Diamond Head are magical, and the ocean is right outside the door wall. The entirety of Waikiki is within walking distance and if that weren't enough, the hosts understand what makes a great Hawaiian vacation, and have outfitted the condo appropriately. 5 stars across the board, and you'd be hard pressed to top this diamond in paradise. Book it now, thank me later!

A wonderful stay in Waikiki!Marilyn was very helpful and attentive.
Lovely condo on 38th floor. Great ocean view and also view of Diamond Head. Right in the action of Waikīkī without the crowds and noise.Marilyn is a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and responsive.
Our stay was genuinely fabulous. The location was fantastic as well as the view. You are about a block and a half from the beach and everything else. The only issue i had was the last morning of our stay. Our flight was a little later so we planned to stay right up until check out time but, at about 1040 the cleaning person never knocked and just walked right into the condo unannounced. She backed out saying oh, didnt know you were still here, i have someone else coming in so, not a huge deal right? Somewhat. Well, my husband and i decided to let her in after a few mins of collecting ourselves to start her job and, all of the sudden, were trying to get out the door and the next person just came.right in cause they new the owner and just sat there before we were even out! I did not love that but, beyond that little hiccup, I'd rate the stay a 10 out of 10. The owners were reachable and the description was accurate. I'd recommend.

Awesome view of waikiki beach and diamond head mountain. Place was neat organized and owner was nice and prompt with any questions.
We had a delightful stay. Perched high above the city, the top floor corner location has a commanding view and invites the tradewinds in for lovely cross-ventilation. Even on the 38th floor, the street noise was a bit much at night so we closed them and ran the A/C. The location is super convenient to the park, beaches, Diamond Head, shopping, restaurants, etc. It's uncommon for guests to cook in this kitchen but we did. It is fairly well equipped and we made some tasty meals and enjoyed them on the balcony. There is no dishwasher but that wasn't a problem for the two of us. The pool/spa deck recently closed for renovation, and also the BBQ grills, which was a little disappointing but we came for the beach, right? Marilyn, the host, is super attentive and helpful. We definitely recommend this place

We stayed 9 days beginning late February 2025. Marilyn is an excellent communicator; not too much but just the right amount of contact.The property is small but just right for a couple with beautiful views. We found this end of Waikiki much nicer than the more touristy end. The beach, a block away, has a breakfront making it like a safe little lagoon. The property is attractive and very clean but could use a little updating as could the entire building.
View says it all but property needs some improvements. It is very cluttered with furniture with nothing to anchor it. Basically just lots of furniture The refrigerator needs thorough cleaning or replacing as do some cooking utensils. Owner very helpful with instructions with info everywhere. Lots of beach equipment too. Comfortable bed
We chose this property because we needed parking and the penthouse had the best views for our anniversary vacation. The host thought of everything - the space was well equipped. Thank you!
Stunning view of both the ocean and Diamond Head from this penthouse apartment. If you open the windows to enjoy the lovely breezes you won’t even need to use the air conditioner. Great outdoor pool on the 6th floor.Be sure to ask Marilyn for restaurant recommendations. She won’t steer you wrong.

Had a wonderful stay on top of the world overlooking Waikiki.
My wife and I had a fantastic stay. This condo is the corner unit with an amazing SE view of the sunrise and Diamond Head and a beautiful view of the ocean morning, day and night. The corner unit provided us with a nice breeze 24/7.
Loved everything about our stay.
Views can’t be beat, 4 blocks to beach, convenient to food, shopping, zoo. Owner warmly greeted us and showed us around, sent info of local events
Pictures just do not do justice for the lovely Penthouse! Just awesome! Old school Hawaii at it's finest! Marilyn was the sweetest host and owner. I hate to share how awesome this place is but its worth the share! No better view in Waikiki!

It was a short walk to the beach and shops.
The plus for us was that the parking was included, since we rented a vehicle.

This was our 2nd stay there and it did not disappoint!
The apartment has a stunning view and is very comfortable. Not only can you lie in bed and look at the ocean. you and also look at Diamond Head. The apartment is located at the quiet end of Waikiki just a block from the ocean front at Queens and a few blocks from the park. It doesn’t get much better than this. Marilyn and Robert were exceedingly helpful and friendly hosts. If you like music, Blue Note Hawaii is a short walk away with world class music at a fraction of the price in NY. The apartment also has a ukulele so if you want to channel your inner Jake, here is your opportunity.
Wonderfull two outlooks at the ocean. From Bed you can see the sunrise. Perfect for Waikiki. Friendly welcome, great situation in 38th floor, really well fitted appartement. We appreciated also to sit on the balcony high above Waikiki.
Trade winds at night lull you to sleep. Apartment is right in the heart of all Honolulu has to offer. Great stay!
We stayed at this penthouse for a week. It was great. Breathtaking views, great location, free parking and no one above to keep you up at night :) Beaches, stores, restaurants and zoo were walking distance away.
