The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. m. , Monday through Friday. Noise is expected.
- Guests cannot use our address to receive mail/packages, establish residency, claim unemployment benefits, credit card applications, identification or any other purpose. Please choose pick-up at the local post office.
- No smoking/Vape/E-Cig/Medical Marijuana in the whole building, in the unit or balcony/lanai. Do not cover or tamper the smoke detector.
- Luggage storage service is not provided before check-in or check-out. Please use the suggested luggage storage service instead
- No illegal activities. Please do not use the TV for Pay Per View services/Video on Demand. Do not use the internet for illegal uploading, illegal downloading, or other unlawful acts.
