Great property in a very central location. Space was comfortable and convenient. The value was excellent and had more amenities than expected. Because you are right in the city it was pretty noisy in the evenings and there was some construction in nearby units, but noise was limited to just the day. The condo was also very bright so if you're tuckered out after a long day and need a midday nap, bring an eye mask. The unit is nicely upgraded, though bedding was a little basic, and toilet area was very tight. Minor complaints, but overall excellent value and we're very pleased with our stay.

Enjoyed the stay everything was close by.
This place was amazing! Beautiful and clean with easy check-in. Even though it isn’t on the main beach street of Waikiki, you still get beautiful views of the ocean. We loved seeing the rainbows and watching sailboats from the balcony.
Nice unit well appointed, everything was as listed. Not too far from the beach, easy walk to most restaurants, we will book again!

The condo was beautiful and spotless. The beds were comfortable. We made great use of the kitchen. The condo is in a great location close to the beach and shopping. The only downside is the noise at night since your in waikiki it’s quite busy so you hear cars and people talking outside. Overall though it’s a fantastic condo and we would definitely stay here again.
We loved staying in the property at the Waikiki Banyon. We appreciated the number of amenities we had access to (beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkel gear). We also loved the pool, access to grills to cook, having a kitchen, and included parking. High value compared to the other hotels in the area.. We would definitely stay here again!
Condo was perfect for our Oahu visit. The views were amazing and its terrific location made the short walks to the beach and abundance of restaurants and shops super convenient. We rented a car to explore the island, so the included garage parking was a major benefit. The full kitchen made it perfect for us to shop at a local grocery store and prepare our own breakfasts and lunches, to include those we took on-the-go using wheeled coolers from the condo. Kitchen had all small appliances, cookware and kitchen essentials desired. Unit's living room space to relax in (other than the bedroom) was perfect, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Important to note condo is in the heart of Waikiki, so street noise and sirens are loud even though it's a high-floor unit. Minor drawbacks: Although no washer/dryer in unit, laundry room was very convenient to access. Would be extremely helpful if rental made detergent available, as we had to buy entire package from store for just two loads. Lastly, since no dishwasher in unit, dish cleanliness dependent on how well prior guests hand-washed dishes during their stay. Understanding this is outside the control of the owners, we had to wash numerous utensils and Snapware prior to using that had not been cleaned well previously. The drawbacks were minor, all in all, and we would definitely stay here again based on the overwhelming positives of the unit.

Great location, the hosts have thought of everything! We stayed for a week, easy to get in and out with free parking, one block from the beach! We had one small snafu when we got there but the hosts were super responsive and very helpful! The view is unbelievable and for this price point, unbeatable. Would highly recommend and would easily stay there again!
Apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Kids were small enough to shared a bed horizontally (otherwise the launcher would have worked). The best part was the kitchen, we used it daily and saved money from eating in....while enjoying the breeze and view. Would definitely go back and use same place again! Niki was very responsive and answered all my questions. We had a blast around the island and coming back to an apartment like this just made it so much better.
The condo was in a fantastic location. There is a food truck alley right by it thar was amazing! Very close to the beach. The thing that we struggled with was the light. The shades do not block light at all. It is a city and the lights at night are still very bright. Also, both doors into the bathroom are frosted glass, so if anyone uses the bathroom during the night, it lights up the entire condo. We were up early every day, and sleep with eye masks, so it wasn't a huge deal for us, but just be mindful of the light during the night.
So glad we booked here! Great neighborhood and close to the beach. We loved all of the amenities including a laundry room next door to our unit to anything you could want for the beach - from beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, boogie boards, a cooler and even a wagon to haul everything. There's no way we could have brought all of that on the plane. Our host, Niki, was quick to respond to any questions and always very gracious. Mahalo!
This is a beautifully remodeled condo. Blocks away from the beach, food and shopping. Owners were very helpful and responsive. We loved the additional touch of coffee being provided so we could drink it while soaking in the beautiful view. Provided beach supplies were also a nice addition. We would stay here again!
We loved our stay in Waikiki! The condo was perfect for my wife and I. One block from the beach (2 from Duke's statue), short walks to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc., it was perfect. The condo has everything we needed and Niki, the owner ,was incredibly helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
This condo was just perfect for my husband and I . The view is beautiful. The condo had everything we needed plus some. We used the beach chairs and the cooler multiple times. So nice that was provided. The street noise can get to be a bit much in the morning so make sure you close your windows at night. Beds were really comfortable. The laundry is right next to the room so that was very convenient. The shower was awesome. We never had to fight for a chair at the pool. We appreciated that the pool was very secure and the guards made sure the rules were followed. If I could make a suggestion, hang a couple of mirrors as the only one is in the bathroom. Also, be prepared to wait for the elevators at peak times. I heard they are getting new elevators so that's very good. I highly recommend this condo. The owners were very nice and extremely responsive.We had a blast and when we come back we will be staying here. Thanks Michelle and Dewayne
We celebrated a big 0 birthday. The last of the trio. Stayed at the Banyan all 3 times but this place is the standout! Everything you could ever want is supplied except for a dishwasher. And excellent communication with the host. This IS the place to stay so we will def be back when we hit the 0 birthday rounds again!

The condo was easy to find. It is well appointed with features such as air conditioning, a coffee maker, a hot water pot, and the kitchen is well stocked. There is a walk-in shower and a nice privacy door between the toilet and bathroom sink, and a wonderful view of the ocean, which is only 2 blocks from the beach. We were in a very convenient area for restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend staying here.
Our stay at this condo unit was wonderful. The unit itself is very clean and had every needed amenity. We especially liked the self-filling Brita pitcher in the fridge and the parking! Prior to our stay we received instructions and recommendations on what to bring which was helpful. When we got to the unit, the owners had also provided a binder of places they recommend to eat and hike. All of the ones we tried were excellent!! The location is also a close walk to the beach! Thank you to the hosts for out temporary home away from home.
Stayed a week in this beautiful, updated unit. Very convenient that it includes a parking spot and kitchen. Easy walk to the beach, and there are floaties you can use, stored on the lanai. Some construction happening in the building but it did not affect our stay. A couple issues I mentioned to the host and they communicated back promptly. Smooth, contactless check-in and check-out.
A couple tips: if you’re trying to use the elevators around checkout time (10am) get on an elevator going up first and then just ride it back down. If you like to sleep in and are sensitive to light, bring a sleeping mask. And keep the kitchen cleared and clean of crumbs.

The stay was fine. There were roaches in the kitchen. The bathroom is small and no in unit washer/dryer.
