Pro’s= location is fantastic, small store and coffee shop on site, ocean view room, friendly staff and very responsive, kitchen area big, island table and chairs nice.
Con’s= unit was so outdated, curtains were torn had holes, bathroom very small and sliding door creaked, bedding was worst we have probably ever slept on, paid $30/nite for extra rollaway that felt like springs and no mattress, all beds were like that.
It was nothing like the one I rented before
Staff was not friendly at all.

We re disappointed till I requested to change another room! Then I got another room! This room we live until we return to mainland! It better because the floor is title! But it still get the rice cooker n coffee pot not not working!!

Then we got accidents on fire alarms and look like nightmare because people wait for long on elevators!
The water pressure on hold trip is disgusting!! It’s too weak and flow like no water!!!
Great location only a block away from the beach. Friendly and helpf reception staff.
The condo was very dated needed some TLC but was clean.
The property is dated, but we thought the location was great. Parking is a separate charge that was not on the listing. Staff is very kind and want to make your stay enjoyable. Room was not terribly clean but they sent someone to take care of that. 2 evacuations while we were there so perhaps request a low floor. The pool are was nice for a break mid-day. great spot for younger travelers on a budget.
Very well equipped and clean, friendly staff, will surely utilize this service again
We loved being able to see the ocean from our spot on the Banyan. We sat on the lanai for many hours.

The apartment was perfect! I block from food trucks, two blocks from Waikiki beach and many restaurants. And an ABC store on the corner for all your general needs. The place was very clean and well maintained.We will most definitely stay here again and recommend to our family and friends.
Great location for the money. Our condo was more spacious than we expected, probably because this is an older property. It was nothing fancy and somewhat dated, but provided everything we needed at a great price and in an awesome location very close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Hotel staff was very helpful. Good stay.
