***Amenities recreational deck renovations has begun. The renovation timeline is currently set from April 2025 - for the next 12-14 months (April - June 2026). Pool, hot tubs, grills, etc. will not be available during this time. This unit is located on the same floor as the renovations (6th floor). Price has been adjusted due to construction that will occur M-F (9:00am - 5:00pm).
The Hawaii experience would not be complete without visiting the world-famous neighborhood of Waikiki. The Waikiki Banyan is located on the east end of the district and is conveniently located to the zoo, aquarium, beaches, restaurants and parks; all within a 10 minute walk. The unit is 1 bd, 1 bath and is equipped with just about everything you will need for the perfect stay. 6 miles) from the popular Diamond Head Crater Hike.
The unit is 557 sq ft of living area. The bed arrangements are as followed: King (bedroom), Queen pullout (living room) and single pullout (living room). This unit is located on the 6th Floor which is also the amenities floor. There is a sauna, playground, pool, tennis court, spa, and barbecue area. ***Note: During the amenities open hours typically 9am- 9pm, you can hear some outside noise from the front door of the unit.
1 free parking available with unit. You will need parking pass and can park anywhere from the 2nd - 5th floor. To receive parking pass, you will need drive into the parking structure and let the security know at the front you are retrieving you parking pass from the unit. The security will either have you park in the loading or visitor parking while you retrieve the parking pass. This parking pass will need to be placed on your rear view mirror at all times while in the parking structure.
Garage has a 6’ height limit. NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES ALLOWED IN PARKING STRUCTURE. (All SUVs, Crossovers, Vans, Trucks and Pick-ups prohibited)
Expect longer wait times for elevators, there will be only three operable elevators as maintenance will take place throughout 2025.

The Waikīkī Banyan is in a great location. It is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. This unit is great. It’s been recently updated and had all the necessities. It is on the same floor as the pool and barbecues, which for us was a perfect location. Our adult kids slept on the pull out beds and there were no complaints. We would be happy to stay here again. A side note: google maps may tell you the Waikīkī Banyan is on the wrong side of the street.

Highly recommend! Great location. Easily accessible to get to other parts of the island. Comfortable bed. Quiet unit near pool and elevators. Easy communication with host!

Taylor is an amazing host - communicative, attentive and super nice! Our room was well stocked (incredibly so!) from dishes, to condiments, to towels to laundry detergent to shampoo and conditioner - amazing experience. There were some renovations going on next door as the building is doing renovations on the pool area but this didn’t bother us - the Waikiki area has so much to do and see, we were rarely in the room during these hours. We would definitely stay here again! In fact, we rented other rooms in the same building as we were attending a wedding in Hawaii and everyone agreed - ours was the best. It was well stocked, clean, had laundry (great bonus!), was on same level as the pool (convenient) and the landlord Taylor was so kind they let us check out later in the afternoon at no extra charge - excellent experience! The home is exactly as posted. Taylor was very communicative and helpful before we arrive and upon check-in. I love how convenient the location is to soo many places, especially the water. Definitely will recommend to family and friends and plan another stay!

2 blocks away from Kuhio beach Wakikii is so convenient. Downside is the business of the area. Chose your priorities.
First timers to Oahu will definitely enjoy this location.

Perfect place to stay for our family of 5. Loved having a kitchen and laundry, plus lots of beach equipment (chairs, beach mat, beach toys), and the pool right outside the apartment was a huge bonus. Easy to park, and close to the beach and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property located very close to downtown Waikiki. The condo is a nice size with many amenities.
