We have stayed in this property a couple of times but this was the first time staying with this hosting company. They were prompt, clear, and friendly. Would 100% reserve this unit again. Clean, stocked, and well taken care of. Thank you for hosting our family!
It was an excellent experience. The room is near Waikiki beach. And there are a lot of choices for shopping and dining.
The location was great! Rebecca with Hawaii Dream Realty LLC was responsive and kind. But we were unhappy with what was advertised/promised and what was delivered. Plus a couple safety concerns.
The unit was advertised with a bathroom and snack bar on the pool level. And a sauna in each men and women's bathrooms. These were closed and down for construction for 13 months that started 3 months before we got there and we were not informed. One elevator is down for 13 months which made for 30+ minute wait times to go up and down...to leave or return for the day, or even to just go to the pool. Not having a bathroom on the pool deck made it inconvenient with kids to go up to the 19th floor to go to the bathroom or get a snack, especially with the elevator wait times. These amenities helped us choose this place. We were very disappointed and inconvenienced.
The beds are not comfortable, although many reviews say they are. All of us had really rough nights.
The slider door was off the tracks and my 9 year old got locked out on the balcony. It scared her and was dangerous. My husband is a carpenter, so he was able to lift it and get her inside and squeeze outside to lift it back on the track completely. But that is a safety hazard. The floor was lifting in some places, and I cut my foot.
Just not what we were expecting for the price. But the location to the beach and Rebecca's customer service were why I gave it a 3 star.
Loved the location!!! Just a couple blocks from the beach & shopping. Incredible view, clean, renter was very communicative & helped us out with any questions! Trash Chute at the end of the hall was super convenient. Laundry Machines we used because we were there for a soccer tournament. My only advice would be to give yourself ample time for the elevators!! Or better yet take the stairs. Sometimes you can wait quite awhile which is understandable with 39 floors give or take. Loved the boogie boards on the balcony, & beach chairs!! So awesome to be able to use those. We had an incredible time & would recommend to anyone!!
The place was well furnished and had ample supplies for all our needs. It was very clean and well maintained. We cooked every day we were there and that helped save us a ton of money. Will definitely stay here again!
We stayed at this unit for 7 nights. Great location. Our 15 yr old daughter stayed on the fold our sofa while bedroom was comfortable with a queen bed (& extra twin) for my wife and I. One block to the Waikīkī beach & a few blocks from the zoo & close to all the great restaurants along the Waikiki strip. Kitchen is set up well for cooking meals & balcony has nice view of ocean, diamond head & pool below. No complaints.

This was our first time in Waikiki for a family of five with three young kids. The location was great with a quick 5min walk to Waikiki Beach and the pool and hot tubs on the property were a nice way to relax at the end of the day.
Everything was as advertised, the check in/out process was easy and well communicated.
Great place for a young family close to the beach.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. My husband, son (19) and I stayed for almost 2 weeks. We were visiting our newly married daughter. She and her husband even came and stayed a few days, as this was located 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance from amazing restaurants. The location was perfect!!!
Rebecca was responsive to my call and even touched base to see how we were doing.
The beds were super comfy, even the pullout sofa! If we get the opportunity to come back, we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great time. Wanted to stay on the slower side of Waikiki (close to Diamond Head) and this was a perfect location. 2 blocks to the beach, a Starbucks, walking distance to Zoo and Barefoot Cafe! Would definitely come back and stay here again. It was very quiet too at night. Wish we had taken advantage of the kitchen and sauna but next time! Thank you Rebecca!
