Nice place to stay w all the basics.
A quick 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. ABC stores and target all within walking distance. the pool was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor area was always open for sitting and was very nice in the scenic surrounding. the room had everything that was needed with linens, towels, pool towels, coffee maker two burner stove, small fridge, and microwave. The room even had some beach gear, which would be convenient if you don’t feel like purchasing or bringing your own stuff with you.
Would stay in this unit again as you cannot beat the location for the price!!

The property is great and the location is even better. The futon bed is not as comfortable but you’ll make do with the sheets and stuff that was provided. The a/c provide super cold air which is great when you come back from the beach. The pool area is never crowded so that’s a plus for a nice relaxing day when you don’t want to be at the beach. Will definitely stay here again when I come back. The host gets back with answer to any of your questions within 5min.

We had a fantastic stay! Great location to everything; beach, restaurants, activity transportation, public transportation etc. The property manager was fast at responding to any messages. Pillows were so comfy and the kitchenette was very handy. I would say the only downfall was the lack of cooking utensils and the coffee machine being a little too big for utilizing efficiently.
Overall we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation awesome!
Everything about this place was great, I have zero complaints if I had to think of one complaint it would be that parking kinda sucks, but other then that if your not planning on having a car while your here (everything is within walking distance and buses are everywhere) this place has everything you need!
Communication was quick, the people at the front desk were friendly. The room itself had towels and a beach chair which was a plus.
The area surrounding it has tons of great restaurants and you are literally 1.5 blocks from the beach

It was a nice room but kind of difficult because it’s in a hotel but you can’t get any help from the staff since the room is privately owned. If you plan on staying 4 days, i wouldn’t recommend here tbh. Also, we accidentally put our towels in the towel drop and was going to be charged $20 by the owner due to a “sign” that was posted behind the door. Luckily the sweet staff found our towels but there was no sign placed behind the door like the owner said, but the owner was still trying to charge us. Kinda upsetting.
If getting this cheaper than nearby similar it’s fantastic and has no Resort fee. Studio big enough for 2 and does have a futon for another or small child or short stay. Nice size fridge and balcony has ocean view a few blocks away. If arriving early contact host to store luggage at Waikiki Grand and do something for the day and DO NOT BOTHER trying to get in early as front desk have nothing to do with this apartment besides providing key. Pool and spa are nice. Resort has ice machine and on-site BYO restaurant. Plenty of food nearby and Waikiki Market across road short walk to left for groceries ( upstairs) if want to cook in kitchenette. Has coffee pot but no kettle. Good communication with host on VRBO app for whole booking process arrival and stay We didn’t have hairdryer but contacted host and had one delivered same day. The resort was built in 1965 and is quite tired. Only one lift was working and on the day we left they were both broken so had to carry bags down as this room is 802. There are 3 laundry’s on-site cost $3.50US … I’d stay there again… wife wouldn’t!
Great location and communication with owner. Perfect place for shorter time! If you stay longer, keep in mind, that you don't get new toiletries or towels for bath/pool. There was not a lot of space to dry them (if it rains the balcony is not usable). Nice: Lot's of hangers. Coffee machine is too tall and hard to use bc. there is no counter space. I Bigger broom for cleaning the floor would be helpful if you stay for a longer time (bc. of beach sand). No possibility to stream your own movies or photos on the TV. Great that you can use lovely pool area for sitting/eating or just hanging out. Nice place in the heart of Waikiki!
