For your convenience and comfort, this air conditioned unit has an open floor plan with a queen size bed, futon sofa that converts to a full size bed & a twin size mattress for the 4th person upon booking 4 guests, flat screen TV, a pull out sleeper sofa and a coffee table. The lanai comes with 2 chairs.

Hotel amenities include the aforementioned swimming pool and BBQ/sundeck area, along with a fitness room and a spa offering a variety of massages, facial treatments and nail services.

Check in: after 3:00 PM
An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. If you wish to check in before 3pm a fee of $25 will be charged for each hour. This is subject to availability (as another guest may be checking out the same day you check in).

Check out: before 11:00 AM (Please put both key cards in the lock box )
A later check-out can possibly be arranged. If you wish to extend your stay after 11am a fee of $25 will be charged for each hour. This is subject to availability (as another guest may be checking in the same day you check out).

PARKING:
There is optional parking in the hotel for an additional $35 per day depending on availability. Payable directly to the hotel.

Everything is in walking distance.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary.

LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, flat sheet and a blanket.

Noise: Please keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am.
