Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Good Location but a lot of noise from the street and neighbor’s barking dogs. Beds were very comfortable. Walls are very scuffed and they definitely need a new coat of paint. Bathroom fan was practically clogged with dust. Some coasters would come in handy for all the moisture coming off from cold beverages. There was an adequate amount of kitchen supplies. The blue chairs are not comfortable for shorter people. Bedroom ceiling light fixtures and the light in the kitchen area need brighter bulbs.

The property was in a great location.Access to city transportation and tour buses exceptional. The condo was clean in appearance but needed some upgrading as it was very tired. The couch and pillows were very dirty and needed cleaning. The sheet on the primary bedroom bed was ripped at the foot of the bed.Kitchen cupboard needed doors repaired below sink. GFIC in hall bathroom shorted out needing to be more secure. Wifi did not work for 2 days. TV’s were hard to operate and needed instruction for operation.Appliances worked well.Condo agents were responsive when called.

A very clean condo. Near all the amenities like shopping, food, entertainment. Just far enough away from the crowds at Waikiki Beach. Security on site was friendly and helpful.

The condo has everything you need. We thought the cable wasn't working. But we figured out we needed to check the TV input and had it working.

Our stay was just OK.
Having 2 bedrooms, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms and the FREE parking space were all lovely.
However, the first 2 nights we found cockroaches in the second bedroom (room with 2 beds). After contacting the property manager, they dropped off some bug spray and traps which we put to use. We found a couple other smaller roaches in the smaller bathroom. The “newer” renovations are noticeable compared to the older building but are already in need of repair. Tile in the large bathroom are peeling, some of the tiles are chipped, the toliet paper holder in the small bathroom completely fell off as soon as we arrived, the fridge started leaking water and the kitchen cabinet door under the sink is broken which leaves it at an odd angle.
In addition, the parking lot is TIGHT. It’s nice to have a free spot, but the corners and low ceiling make for risky driving.
It was sufficient for our stay but I wouldn’t book it again.

We loved the location of this condo as it was close to down town but not so close you get as much noise. Walking distance to lots of yummy restaurants/food carts.

We had a great time staying here and its 10 mins walk to most things in Waikiki and a convenient location overall. ABC stores and a general grocery store were right by the building and some restaurants as well. Swim pool in the bldg was clean and not crowded. Having laundry in the unit was also very helpful. We will definitely consider coming back here. One of the building elevators was going through maintenannce and only one elevator was operational and at times slow to access our unit but that was a minor issue. one free parking was also super helpful given most other condos in Waikiki do not offer parking. That itself saves $50/day.
