This nice,clean condo is tucked in away from the road and being on the 38th floor, only heard an occasional siren. So quite and easy to sleep in the comfy memory foam high end mattress. Great price for the view!!! Walking distance to shopping and great restraunts.
This was a great place to stay. The view from the window was great. The condo was small but very clean and comfortable. There are many places to eat within walking distance. There is also an ABC store next to the building to pick up small things. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Helpful hint when driving the building is two entrances down from the ABC store. The sign is hidden by plants

The room was clean and everything was there that was needed. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the elevator. It seemed ancient and took forever to move up and down. One broke and caused twice the time to get up and down. There was no AC in the elevator. So you could get in dry and get out super sweaty because the elevator creeped up and down. Nothing against the condo owner. I didn’t like the building.
Clean and conveniently located studio. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this centrally located studio. Excellent view of the Friday night fireworks. Easy access for our rental car. The studio had everything we needed.
Absolutely perfect little condo! Every thing we needed was there, and free parking!!! The Friday night fireworks show is directly out the 38th floor window. Stunning, don’t pass this place up.
We enjoyed this condo very much! It is on the 38th floor of the Waikiki Marina tower, with a nice view on the ocean with a bit of Diamon Head on the East to the West side of the Island.The condo has everything you need for a nice stay, including enough kitchenware to have breakfast or a light lunch/dinner, with an ABC store at the corner of the street a 2mn walk away, and the marina a bit more than 5mn walking, and a front seat to the Friday evening Waikiki fireworks from above! A covered parking space and easy in/out access makes the place ideal for touring the island without wondering about where to park when back "home" while we were visiting family in Kailua and Kapolei.Highly recommended! The property was very clean and in a central location. It is near Ala Moana Park and Ala Moana Center (mall). There are a variety of eating options and an ABC store on the corner. The view is outstanding! Chris was wonderful and assisted us proptly. Check in and out process is seamless. Elevators are slow from time to time.
Check in and check out process was clear and easy. The building is older and both elevators did not always work. With 40 floors, the elevator wait could get long-ish. They did fix the broken elevator after a couple days and it really made a big difference. The room is small but has everything you need. The owner does a great job of putting enough soap, detergent, towels, napkins, toilet paper, etc. for a short stay. The view from the room was actually very nice. Lots of ocean and marina to look at. Bed was decent and there was ample closet space. AC was loud but worked to keep the room cool. I didn't need to contact the owner much at all and I think that's a good thing. It means there were no issues/complaints. Included parking was awesome. Good value for the price paid. I'd stay here again.
Should be your number one choice for Honolulu, Waikīkī for all reasons, best bang for your buck on all levels … don’t worry about elevator comments, not an issue!
The unit had a phenomenal ocean view. Chris was responsive when the keypad stopped working during our stay. He had a back-up and was able to get us in the condo. He checked to see if the stay was good. The u it has a washer and dryer, kitchen sink, dishwasher and all the same cities we needed. Easy walking to Waikīkī beach and all of the shopping. Beaches close for walking as well. Food trucks and an ABC right there. Great place! Thank you Chris.
Excellent except for elevators. A couple of times both elevators were shut down for maintenance. Otherwise great location and beautiful views. Very comfortable, everything we needed.

Beautiful area of Oahu. The only negative thing was I got sick from the mold in the window AC unit. When you turn it on you could smell it and I couldn’t clean it myself without taking it apart. I could see the mold in there and smelled it after turning on the unit. I’m still sick and I’ve been back home for 3 days. That’s not on the owner it’s on the cleaners. They don’t want anyone smoking on the property but mold is just as bad.

Beautiful view and walking distance to a lot of different things. Loved the apartment. Only bad thing was the fire alarm went off about the second or third day and we sent a text but no one ever came to fix it. Could not get it to shut off so we found a cupboard with pillows in and buried it there for the next six days. Would rent it again.
Nicely maintained studio at the Ewa end of Waikiki. Parking included was a great value as parking in this area is quite expensive. The studio has nice amenities. The unit was well laid out and a beautiful view.
The room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, cool AC, great hot water pressure, reserved parking stall, and easy access into and out of Waikiki. The unit is very well managed, clean and in good working order. Thank you for letting us stay in your unit.
We have stayed in this building before but chose a studio rather than a larger 1-bedroom. The view was amazing! Amenities were excellent, top-notch and appeared new. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!
The condo is in great location. It has its own parking space and a washer/dryer so a big plus for us. The only problem we had with this place was the elevators. There is only one working elevator and it takes 10 to15 minutes to get the only one working to arrive. This is a big problem when the condo is on the 38th floor. So I would definitely check before booking this unit.
Though this wonderful condo is quite small -- probably best for a couple or two very good friends -- it has a glorious view and an abundance of amenities, including a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It is also very quiet. Although the building was full of residents and tourists, I never heard any of our neighbors. The location is perfect: close to the beach, many fine restaurants and shopping and gives you the best possible view of the Friday fireworks show. I can't say enough good things about the host Chris Li who was so responsive to my needs in a very stressful situation. I ended up at this condo by accident: my husband and I had booked and were staying in another property when he had a cardiac arrest in the water off Waikiki Beach and spent some days on life support and later had heart surgery that extended our stay in Hawaii considerably. Because I was not able to extend our stay at the first condo we rented, I chose to move to this property and instantly loved it! I found it a soothing, comfortable place to be in the most stressful time of my life. I can't wait to come back and enjoy it for a real vacation! This place is a real find! I would highly recommend it.

What a venue for 10 days in Hawaii, so convenient to everything we needed.
First of all, if I had to rate communication with the property manager, I would give him 5 stars for helping us out with our move to better accommodations. The room on the 38th floor was great with an incredible view, but that being said, my wife and I are in our 70s and there was only one functional elevator and at times that elevator was either inoperable or could only go up to the 20th floor. When it was fully functional it was fine but there is no way we could walk up or down 18 floors to use the elevator on the 20th floor. We were told that on windy days the cables could get tangled, so it was not safe for the elevator to go higher than the 20th floor. With that in mind we felt very uncomfortable using it especially when the second elevator was broken and had been for quite a while. Other visitors that had been there since the prior week stated that the only elevator had been working on and off all week and they made many walking trips up and down the stairs. The pool was also a disappointment. It was not properly maintained. The picture posted on VRBO fails to show the leaves and debris in the water. Again, I admire the property manager for taking us out of that room and putting us in a much better building to celebrate our 50th anniversary vacation. As for the first room, there is no way in hell I would stay in that building again.
Very clean, comfortable, and located in nice area.
This condo is in a great location with beautiful views. Kitchen perfect for making breakfast and packing lunches for the day. Free parking was very good to have for our rental car. Chris was very helpful. Future guests really need to be aware though of the elevator issues. Only one elevator has been in use for a long time and when it gets windy, the elevator will only run up and down to the 17th floor. For 4 days we had to take the stairs from floor 17-38. One day the elevator was not working at all and we had to do the full 38 floors. So if you have health issues that would not allow you to do this you just need to be aware that there is this risk when it is windy.
An excellent spot to base yourself when visiting Honolulu/Waikiki.
The spot is much quieter than downtown Waikiki, we always felt safe and were close to restaurants and shopping. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping and 20 minutes to Waikiki. The condo is also on the Pink Line bus/tram service.
Accommodation was clean and comfortable with all inclusions as listed.
The bed was very comfortable, the shower provided excellent water pressure and temperature, and the ktchenette was well equipped. The air conditioning was comfortable and a pedestal fan also provided.
The view was expansiver with a large window that could be opened to let in the afternoon breeze.
The parking space is secure and close to the lift.
There was still only one lift operating, though they were currently working on it (Jan 2024). This was not an issue, even being on the 38th floor. 'Long waits' were really not that long at all.
Highly recommended for short or long stays.
