The unit was not looked after properly. The carpets are filthy. It lacks some kitchen equipment (eg steak knives). Couch was stained at least in 2 places. In summary not up to Captain Cook standards
First.off the management compnay was easy to work with and communicated everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and in a hreat location which suited our needs - 10 minutes to beach, shopping, international market. They were plenty of stores nearby to get smaller things as well. Also, the aparmtment had all the thigns you need to cook and what not. And better yet had beach chairs, beach towels, boogieboards, and umbrellas. This is a corner apartment do you get better views and more sunlight due to more wkndows. And you right above the pool. The free parling was convenient as we rented a car for the week.The only con was the neighnor directly across from us. Not sure if they had pets or something but there was a scent of urine in hallway, especially by our door. However once in your in the apartment you do not smell it and the apartment itself smelled great. We would stay here again.

We stayed recently at four pales after we decided to extend our trip. Vincent was very responsive if we needed anything. The condo is well stocked but is missing a few necessities in their kitchen. I would suggest that they do an inventory and replace a few things. Vincent did get us a can opener and baking sheets quickly but we did not want to bug him everyone we noticed something missing. It was not a big deal for us but it would be good for future guests.

Nice location wherever to go.However,the building is old a little bit smelly for me.
Convenient to everything in Waikiki. Building was safe and clean. Security was friendly and comforting. We felt welcome. Check in was super easy. Communication was excellent with agent. Parking was critical and a valuable plus. Apartment was beautiful and had all we needed.
The place was just as described. The building is very secure and quiet. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, as well. Good location: walking distance to Wikiki beach and the other less crowded beaches to the west of Wikiki. Many choices of places to eat nearby. We would stay here again.

This is the first time I have ever stayed at a vacation rental and it was fantastic! I stayed here with my parents, and three adults were able to stay very comfortably in the space. The amenities provided in the room, such as pans, dish soap, and laundry detergent, was more than enough for the five days we vacationed in Hawai'i. The room was very spacious and it was generous to have two TVs. The room had a charming feel to it.The BEST part was the view, whether its daytime or nighttime, my family loved going out to the balcony and having breakfast. It was very clean!The only con we encountered was the parking. We had to request a new spot because the parking for this room was on the fifth floor, which didn't have elevator access for my disabled father. Also, the gate to access the parking has a really short timer, it was quite scary to go through!All in all, the location and accommodations were perfect, and our property manager Vincent was great as well! We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was very clean and quiet. Well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Very easy check in and check out process. There was plenty space with three adults staying in the room. We would definitely stay here again!

Building and unit were very clean. No smell of skunky pot. 10 minutes walk to Royal Hawaiian Resort and all the upscale shopping you could want. Walk to Ft DeRussey Beach, small grocery across the street. Took bus to Costco and Chinatown. Perfect for us!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay for our very first time in Hawaii.
We look forward to visiting Honolulu again and spending a few more extra days exploring.
