This property owners are scammers, they will charge you additionally for something you never done. Also they will offer you a "discount" if you pay through Venmo, but at the end they will say that they never offered you any discounts, so oyu will endup paying twice.
Nida was great to work with! We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and comfortable. Close to everything in Kihei and rest of the island. The Maui Sunset complex was beautiful as well!
I can’t rave enough about this property and the property owner, Nida. This property had everything we needed for this trip and more! The amenities alone was enough but the cleanliness and the communication was above and beyond. Nida kept constant communication prior to, during, and the day of checking out. I highly recommend this property.

I would do this one again. The property was an older property in Kihei, immediately adjacent to S. Kihei road. It is budget-friendly and reasonably spacious for a couple. The owner was responsive to a repair need, and also to me when I misscommunicated (Thank you!).
The unit deck gave spectacular views of Haleakala. The nearness of Kihei road produced unfortunate traffic noise when loud motorcycles and loud music rolled by... The interior of the complex was spectacular with golf-course style manicured grass and beautiful mature plumeria trees. Add a great pool and jacuzzi with all this opening to Waipulani park and beach. The sunsets are spectacular. The BBQ grills were abundant and clean. While the beach was populated with rough coral and the reef too shallow to snorkel comfortably, the complex location is mere minutes from some of the finest beaches on Maui. You can certainly walk the nearby beach holding hands with your sweetheart. If possible to open up the unit to the complex's interior park, this would be a fantastic plus!
This unit was a little smaller than I am used to, but was perfect for my move transition from the mainland. The unit has everything expected and the amenities were top notch. Pool, grills and the sunsets. What more could one ask for? The property manager was an absolute dream to deal with. She answered all of my questions quickly and even offered some local help in a few other matters unrelated to her unit. Truly felt like family. Thank you!!
